This condo has been completely renovated and beautifully maintained. The living, dining, and kitchen area boast of wide plank wooden walls, antique reclaimed pine furniture, tile floors accompanied by large natural fiber jute rugs, all with a neutral decor reminescent of the sand and sea. From our 2nd floor balcony you will enjoy views of the amazing waterfall pool and spa as well as views of the Gulf. Along with the upscale furnishings and art work are FLAT SCREEN TV's, DVD, VCR and IPOD DOCKS and PRIVATE WI-FI. The large balcony is perfect for reading and dining and with new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, as well full size washer and dryer, you'll have all the comforts of home.
This 108 unit condo complex is located on 600 feet of white, sandy beach and has an enormous 6,500 sq foot lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls. Other amenities include a hot tub, kids pool, beach side bar and grill, clay tennis courts, play ground and bike paths. This is a fabulous complex for families in that your kids are free to roam and you are at peace of mind of their safety behind the complex's enclosed gates.
The bike path runs right through the front of the property and meanders along the entire 18 miles of Scenic Highway 30-A. Along your ride you will pass through the cute coastal communities of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, Watercolors and Grayton Beach. There are lots of shops, restaurants and free concerts for the entire family to enjoy. Sorry NO PETS and NO SMOKING.

We had a wonderful family vacation! The condo is great - very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It is within walking distrance to great shopping and dining. We loved hanging at Crabby Steve's at the resort - great food, drinks and beautiful sunsets. The kids really enjoyed going back and forth from the ocean to the pool and hot tub. Julie was great to work with and made the rental process so easy for us.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This is our favorite condo at High Pointe, but imagine my surprise to be the first to enjoy this beautiful new renovation! The condo is awesome-looks like a Watercolor home and the kitchen is stocked like Williams-Sonoma. What an outstanding week! We will be back again and again...Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

One word "AMAZING"!! Extremely clean, decor was perfect!! Not cluttered. King size bed in master was so comfy. Kids loved the pool!! Crabby Steve's has the best scallops!! Staff at High Pointe were very nice and helpful! This is the place for us every year!!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I decided to head to the beach this past September, and we were very happy with our visit to High Pointe Resort. Our condo was nicely furnished and had a great view of the fabulous pool. The area was new to us, but we quickly adapted to the surroundings...Great resturants, beautiful (not crowded) beach, and Rosemary Beach shopping. It was fun to have a cocktail at the Tiki Bar on the beach and watch the sunset. The owners were very helpful with any questions that we had, and had information on all the things to do and places to eat close by.....We will be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We bought our condo at High Pointe preconstruction believing it would be a great summer environment for raising children. It was one of the best decisions we've ever made!!
Why the Owner Chose High Pointe Resort:
Our unit located on the 2nd floor is overlooking the end of the pool with the larger waterfall. From our unit, we could always watch our children swim in the pool and yet own the condo with the shortest walking distance to the beach.
