Our beachfront townhome is located 17 km south of San Juan del on Playa Coco. Walk out of the living room into a grove of preserved hardwoods. You are just a few feet away from the Pacific Ocean and one of the most beautiful beaches in Nicaragua.
This virgin landscape is an ideal site to enjoy the local flora and fauna. We are on the southern end of Playa Coco with the private Escameca Ecological Reserve on the north and La Flor National Park to the south. Just a short walk on the beach brings you to the Puesta del Sol restaurant for excellent dining and an adjacent mini-mart for basic supplies.
Families will enjoy the gentle surf or the in ground swimming pool. Watch the sunset from the beach side patio or the mater bedroom terrace. Couples can lie on the roof deck lounges and stargaze.
We are part of newly completed cluster of 20 town homes with 24 hour gated security. The project is designed for low impact on the environment. There is ample secure parking adjacent to our town home. A generator is installed and will protect you from blackouts during power outages.
Our living room is equipped with satellite TV and full entertainment center. High speed internet also will be at your fingertips. The furnishings were custom designed by Nicaragua’s world class furniture maker Simplemente Maderea. The use of native woods makes each of the rooms unique.
We have provided additional lounging chairs and hammocks to allow comfortable outdoor seating in the cool of the shade trees or in the sun. The master bedroom and one guest bedroom have queen sized beds with twin beds in the third bedroom. Each of the air-conditioned bedrooms has a terrace.
The spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, the rooftop terrace and bedroom balconies make this an inviting retreat. We have even provided a selection of board and card games for your enjoyment.
