The owners have recently placed their home for sale with Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties, Grand Lake. Although still taking reservations for rentals, we have limited confirmed reservations to two months prior to the desired date. For example, June reservations will be confirmed on April 1st. An easy 2-hour drive from Denver, the home affords easy access to Winter Park Ski and Sol Vista Ski Resorts, cross-country skiing at Devils Thumb Ranch and the Grand Lake Nordic Center, and fishing and boating on Grand Lake and the Shadow Mountain and Granby Reservoirs, all within a few minutes drive.
The home is spacious and allows generous accommodation of family and friends in its Great Room and adjoining kitchen and sunroom. Idle moments can be filled enjoying the recreation room and its home theater, pool table, ping pong and foosball. The private master bedroom has its own gas stove, large Jacuzzi and private deck through French doors.
A walkout basement allows private access to the guest bedroom and bath on the lower level. A 2-car heated garage insures out-of-the weather storage for vehicles, skis and snowmobiles.
Grand Lake Village is only a mile away, and offers shopping, dining and additional recreation and cultural activities.
