BEST OF SEAGROVE BEACH CONDOS...Our Beach Home is located at DUNES of SEAGROVE resort, Unit 204A in the east wing overlooking waterfall pool, private beach & lagoon pool with elevator, enclosed breezeways & stairs. JOBOKEN has a strict NO SMOKING POLICY, but smoking is allowed outdoors.
JoBoKen Dunes is named after the 3 of us, sisters all: JoRita, Bo and Kendra. This is our "dream come true" family place. Nothing beats grilled grouper sandwiches & sharing your favorite beverage with your feet in the white sugar sand watching breathtaking sunsets!
Our paradise is perfect for creating family memories. JoBoKen Dunes is located on the Gulf of Mexico in the quaint village of Seagrove Beach. It is one of the newest Seagrove Condos on the Emerald Coast next to Deer Lake Wildlife Reserve (natural undeveloped state park), & just minutes from 30A dining, shopping, art galleries, & bike rentals. Hwy 30A, home to Seaside FL, is tucked between west PC Beach and Sandestin.
JoBoKen Dunes is a family friendly home, perfect for young families and plenty of room for grandparents to come along. Elevator makes it easy access to our 7500 sf double-lagoon waterfall pool & hot tub. And very easy beach access, with short boardwalk just behind the pool & short stairs.
Best of Seagrove Condo, Dunes has one of the most spacious covered lanai that overlooks waterfall pool, & great sunsets lit skies. Master suite has king bed and private bath with jacuzzi, separate shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. Master has a sitting area with secretary desk with sliding doors to lanai. The second bedroom has private entry into spacious bathroom. Also, this unit has an adorable bunk room off of foyer which is great for kids, along with pack-n-play for your little ones. This is a NO SMOKING UNIT ~ you may smoke on lanai only. If you do smoke in doors, you agree to pay a $500 professional cleaning fee to remove odor from every surface & fabric.
Living, dining and kitchen area is large open room that opens to lanai. Stand in the kitchen and see dolphins jumping in the gulf! Plush queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Aside from the beautiful furnishings inside the condo, the gulf view is the reason to stay here. The lanai is 350 square feet with table/chairs for 6 plus 2 lounge chairs. Even during weather, sit outside and enjoy the sound of the rain ~ the perfect reading nook. This is a SINGLE LEVEL unit, so those of you with little ones or with problems climbing stairs have no worries.
Situated on the gulf side of 30-A, Dunes of Seagrove is next to Deer Lake State Park which is a magical experience for all ages. Walk east down the beach and you are standing in some of the most beautiful untouched dunes in the area ~ truly an amazing coastal habitat. The dunes are protected ~ Please do not climb. From Deer Lake, freshwater streams flow into the gulf, see species of crabs, fish, frogs and birds....the list goes on. Another reason that keeps us coming back to this particular beach. We absolutely loved our stay at JoBoken Dunes. The experience from the first communication with JoRita to the last day on the beach was wonderful. It's true, the 30-A area is the best on the gulf coast. The condo was very nice with every need attended to. When we had a personal special need, Kendra was very helpful and gracious. We would definitely stay at JoBoken Dunes in the future. Thanks to all of the sisters for a wonderful stay.

We hightly recommend this property. Not only was the owner easy to work with, but their details described the property and condo to a tee! We didn't need anything but our espresso maching and french press. You know we don't leave home without it! The location is our favorite to date. Being next door to Deer Lake is exactly how the description list it...Magical. Please don't stay anywhere else until you experience this great place. Thanks for making our trip the best yet!!

This is wonderful winter escape! JoBoKen Dunes has everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The huge lanai is perfect for cooler weather with a beautiful view of the ocean & dolphins. And we made good use of the jacuzzi, felt very private without many people around. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. And the owners are super nice, honest and easy to work with. They make everything simple down to the keyless entry! We love not having to keep up with keys, one less thing to keep up with for a stress free vacation.

We just returned from a 'girls' trip and what a glorious time we had. This condo has everything you could ever want for comfort and relaxation. From the beautifully decorated rooms to the tiniest detail for your comfort, to the oh, so large lanai, it was perfect. We will be returning this fall, can't wait to stay at JoBoKen again. I love the quiet, non commercialized area, fine food everywhere nearby and you are just minutes from either PCB or Destin. Loved it, loved it.

This condo is amazing!! The Seagrove area is beautiful! Wonderful biking and so close to many quaint towns. Very quiet and intimate. The grounds and pool were very well maintained. Many of our hours were spent on the lanai (coffee in the morning, wine in the evening). You want for nothing!! Thank you Kendra and your family!

We just returned from a great week at Seagrove. The unit was perfect for our family with everyone having enough space. We loved overlooking the beautiful pool and the easy beach access. The views of the Gulf are amazing! Great location - close enough to all the action of Seaside, but much quieter. We would definitely rent here again!
