We have vacationed in this area for years. This is by far the cleanest, most beautifully decorated condo we have stayed at. Not only is the condo clean, but the complex is too. It's a very quite area of the beach, great for families with younger children, but my college age children had a great time too.Close to Panama City and to Destin. The owner is so easy to work with. You can't go wrong with this VRBO listing.

We absolutely loved our stay at JoBoken Dunes. The experience from the first communication with JoRita to the last day on the beach was wonderful. It's true, the 30-A area is the best on the gulf coast. The condo was very nice with every need attended to. When we had a personal special need, Kendra was very helpful and gracious. We would definitely stay at JoBoken Dunes in the future. Thanks to all of the sisters for a wonderful stay.

We hightly recommend this property. Not only was the owner easy to work with, but their details described the property and condo to a tee! We didn't need anything but our espresso maching and french press. You know we don't leave home without it! The location is our favorite to date. Being next door to Deer Lake is exactly how the description list it...Magical. Please don't stay anywhere else until you experience this great place. Thanks for making our trip the best yet!!

This is wonderful winter escape! JoBoKen Dunes has everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The huge lanai is perfect for cooler weather with a beautiful view of the ocean & dolphins. And we made good use of the jacuzzi, felt very private without many people around. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. And the owners are super nice, honest and easy to work with. They make everything simple down to the keyless entry! We love not having to keep up with keys, one less thing to keep up with for a stress free vacation.

We just returned from a 'girls' trip and what a glorious time we had. This condo has everything you could ever want for comfort and relaxation. From the beautifully decorated rooms to the tiniest detail for your comfort, to the oh, so large lanai, it was perfect. We will be returning this fall, can't wait to stay at JoBoKen again. I love the quiet, non commercialized area, fine food everywhere nearby and you are just minutes from either PCB or Destin. Loved it, loved it.

This condo is amazing!! The Seagrove area is beautiful! Wonderful biking and so close to many quaint towns. Very quiet and intimate. The grounds and pool were very well maintained. Many of our hours were spent on the lanai (coffee in the morning, wine in the evening). You want for nothing!! Thank you Kendra and your family!

We just returned from a great week at Seagrove. The unit was perfect for our family with everyone having enough space. We loved overlooking the beautiful pool and the easy beach access. The views of the Gulf are amazing! Great location - close enough to all the action of Seaside, but much quieter. We would definitely rent here again!

This was the 1st year vacationing in Seagrove Beach and staying at this condo! The condo was absoulutely beautiful and very comfortable. This had been our second year in this beautiful condo. The owners have left no stone unturned. It is not only beautifully decorated, but it is supplied with all the comforts of home. The condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. I never slept so well. You have provided everything to have a home cooked meal or friends over for a cocktail. The heated pool was a real plus considering it was early March. Loved the sunsets. Thanks for sharing.

Loved it! In fact, we stayed here about a year ago and I always meant to leave a comment but forgot. We are already beginning to plan our return trip this Spring and can't imagine staying anywhere else. It is the perfect place -- especially with young children. Condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. Water was BEAUTIFUL. Shopped at the outlets and also Destin Commons. Great food at the "Back Porch" in Destin and the "Red Bar" in Grayton Beach. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. The place was well decorated, and had everything we needed. We took 2 small children and their grandparents and everyone had a blast. The unit has a great view of the ocean and the pool. The pool is so great that we had a hard time getting the kids to go to the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby and grocery store is close. Owners of the unit are very easy to work with. We will give it two thumbs up and two little thumbs up

We spent our vacation here in July 2006. The condo was nicely furnished and clean. It was perfect for a family vacation with two young kids and the grandparents! We ate breakfast and lunch each day on the large balcony. The adults loved the beach, and the kids loved the great pool. The location was great and the owner is very nice to work with. Highly recommend!

Our first family trip to Florida as well as our first trip booked via internet, it cpuld not have been better. The unit was perfect. I could watch the children at the pool via the deck in the unit. Close enough to town but secluded enough to have our privacy. Thank you.

We recently spent our spring break here and had a wonderful time. The condo was to die for: beautifully furnished and very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony it was great. The kids loved being able to swim and sit in the hot tub. We will definately be back next year. PS. The beach chair guy was great!! He had us all set up everyday we loved it.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful condo in August. The condo is very spacious, and the decor is very inviting. It is a short trip to Destin and Panama City. We, however, enjoyed the local fare. The grounds are well kept. The beach, though undergoing dune restoration while we were there, was magnificient. We hope to make this a regular spot to visit for years to come.

We stayed in this beautiful condo from 5/14-5/21/05. The location is perfect -- not too far from area activities, yet secluded enough to really relax in a lovely setting. The resort itself is perfectly suited to small groups or families, and is not overly large. We picked this particular unit based on the decor, and the pictures don't do it justice. Come see for yourself what the owners' have done to help you relax in a very comfortably detailed home away from home. We hope to return regularly and will plan to stay right here. The unit and complex exceeded our expectations. The condominium complex is very nice and very well maintained. The unit itself is very well furnished, and accessorized. I noticed the attention to detail and was impressed. The kitchen is thoughtfully and well stocked with everything you need to make a simple breakfast or to prepare dinner. The unit is spacious and well designed to take advantage of the view. The balcony is very large and nicely furnished to enjoy lingering breakfasts and watch the dolphins. Would definitely return to this condominium unit.
