Beautiful bead-board master bedroom, tropical decorum throughout this very clean and modern town house with assigned parking in a gated community.
Unit has a play area under the stairs with grown-up games, puzzles too. Very, very short walk to the beach on a private path. Enjoy spotting the wild peacocks!
Kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with cookware, linens and towels. Full beach supplies also. This unit is very warm and comfortable. No smoking or pets please.
Ocean Woods offers a community pool (heated), basketball, racquetball, shuffleboard, tennis, picnic area w/grills and a separate adult pool area in a gated community.
This unit is co-managed by the owner and a local rental agency King Rental which will handle payment processing, key transfers and maintenance.
Two week minimum rental term only. You can stay a week but must pay for an execute a 2 week lease.
