Great house for families in the gated section of Faria Beach. The house comes with three kayaks, boogie boards, many surfboards, wetsuits, beach towels and other beach toys.
Large wooden deck with hot tub, teak table with umbrella that seats six, lounge chairs, lots of deck chairs and outdoor speakers. Extra Large Jenn Air natural gas BBQ.
The master bedroom is very large with king size bed, couch, chair, fireplace, and private balcony. The Kid's Room has one double bed and a twin bed. All bedrooms are located upstairs. Two bathrooms are upstairs and one is on the first floor.
Come relax and enjoy the famous Faria Beach. This beach has been a family favorite for many generations as well as a world class surfing spot called "Pitas". Once you stay here you will want to come back many more times.

We recently stayed at this beach house for the first time, what a great location. From beautiful views of the islands to watching the whale migration and dolphins surfing the waves. There are lots of activities to keep the kids occupied and plenty of room for all. Everything is here, just open the door and enjoy.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We love this area; only 10 minutes west of Ventura. We found this house through a friend. It's spacious, right on the beach; deck with redwood hot tub, water sports equipment in the garage. We've stayed twice now, a week in October one year and a week in November the next. The October stay was for a wedding, on the deck, with 80 guests. Weather was perfect. No problems. We have the house reserved again. A most comfortable place. But at the end of the week, it's very difficult to leave. The owners couldn't be be any more pleasant!
