Want to get away from it all? This is a great place to go for a quiet, leisure time. Get back to nature in a 100 acre property with old oaks and cypress trees with a 20 foot circumference. Great fishing but no hunting. This is what the ACE Basin is all about.

With a 2 mile driveway, you are truly "away from it all".

Cabin has two decks and a rustic atmosphere, but with all the creature comforts(i.e. central heat and air, full kitchen with electrical appliances and a gas stove, full bath...). Great for hiking, fishing, or just reading a book with a good cup of coffee.

There is a one room log cabin on site that could be utilized. This cabin has a hand water pump, wood cook stove and four beds. No electricity at this cabin.

  • My wife and I enjoyed the tranquility of this retreat from April 3 to April 6, 2009. The cabin had all the comforts of a river cabin and the decks were fabulous for viewing the river and enjoying the wildlife. The first evening we were treated to three armadillos passing thru - two were either fighting or mating. A perfect locatin for viewing migrating birds and exploring the Salkehatchie. Very private - very wonderful. We would stay here again. Thanks for sharing this special spot with others. The Foys
