DOWNERS:
There is no washer and dryer in our condo unit. Our condominium complex, however, does have several washer and dryer units spread throughout the grounds which are very clean, close and quite convenient for our guest. Although Gulfview is directly across from the beach, and you are just a few steps away from the beach, Blue Paradise is a first floor corner unit positioned in front of the pool. There is a small outside seating area in the back, but it has no direct view of the ocean.
PAYMENT & RENTAL REGULATIONS
* 11.5% Florida Sales tax not included in rates above
* $90 fee not included in rates for (Housekeeping, Booking and Guaranteed Check-In)
* A $200 deposit is due at the time of booking in order to hold the reservation and will be applied to the balance due.
We require all guest to have renters insurance--a $39 fee.
*Full rental payment is due 14 days prior to arrival or 30 days prior to your arrival if you are renting the condo for over a month or more. If full payment is not received by the set deadlines, the reservation can be cancelled and cancellation regulations will apply.
SNOWBIRD SPECIALS--call for price quote
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made 60 days or more prior to one’s scheduled arrival date. All advanced payments, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded within 14 days after the cancellation (if the date falls within this timeline). If a cancellation is made between 31 and 59 days prior to arrival; the renter has forfeited their $200 advanced deposit and no refund will be granted.
HURRICANE(Special Circumstances)
If a hurricane warning is issued for our area during your stay, a refund will be made for any days remaining on your rental agreement, if you choose to check out. You will still be required to pay the $90.00 cleaning fee and 11.5% Florida tax for those days you did occupy the unit. If a hurricane warning is issued in advance of your actual booked time/dates, you may choose to change your dates of stay if the unit is not already booked for the dates you wish to change, or a full refund can be granted.

We just want you to be happy, if that is a key priority for you.

- No Pets Allowed : We love pets, but we do not allow pets in our condo due to various pet allergies of our guests and for damage-control. So sorry. We impose an additional $250 cleaning fine if this rule is violated. More fees could be incurred if the property is further damaged or compromised.
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations) : This Unit is Handicapped Accessible because it is on the 1st level; however, the tub is not Handicapped Accessible.
- Kid Friendly : We love kids and can help you to secure a crib if you are in need of that furniture during your stay.

Why the Owner Chose Gulfview
We wanted to buy a condo with very specific characteristics and Blue Paradise fit all those characteristics. We loved the fact that this was a corner first level unit steps away from the beach. That is the most appealing aspect of this location. We love being on the corner because you have a little more condo space and more windows. We love Scenic Gulf Drive...it parallels the beach, has walking trails and a warm and inviting feel. But the most important aspect of selecting this condo had to do with its location...it is directly across from the emerald coast and the beach is simple beautiful. It's breathtaking.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Gulfiew Condos is steps, literally steps, away from the beach. Indeed, Gulfview has private beach gate access for residents and guests. It also has two pools (one is heated) as well as a whirlpool and small cookout area. In addition, the condo is walking distance from restaurants and connects to a walking trail for those beautiful beach view morning or evening walks.

I don't know where to start because I saw the pictures & read the reviews but was still over whelmed when we first walked in the condo. The place is very well maintained. I am always nervous when we spend the night away because I have a germ aphobia & don't rest well away from home but did not have an issue relaxing after the first walk through. Everything was clean, organized & well put together. The place had everthing we needed and more including games for the girls. We have 5 girls & everyone had enough space to feel comfortable. I can tell there was a lot of thought put into this Blue Paradise because as picky as I am I can't come up with one complaint. My friends & co-workers are so shocked that they are considering staying in the near future. Sherri is an amazing woman to work with. When I initially read all of the nice things people wrote about this place & Sherri, I honestly didn't think I would be one of the people writing a review. I've never written a review before just thinking someone else will write it but I could not go another day without expressing how happy my family & I were after staying a week in this place & having worked so well with Sherri. We'll be back!!

My family and I just returned from our stay in Destin at Blue Paradise. The condo was so nice, the pictures don't do it justice. Wonderful location in the back of the complex, lots of privacy, close to the pool and hot tub, and just a minute's walk to the beautiful beach. We will definitely be returning to Blue Paradise year after year!

My family of four (husband, myself, 5 year old, and 2 year old) all stayed in this one bedroom condo- it was plenty of room! The bunk beds were nice and big for the kids- and the sofa made a pretty big bed itself- and the master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The condo was very neat and even smelled really good. There were plenty of towels, blankets, dishes, and even little notes throughout the house that welcomed you and suggested places to go (eat, etc...) The condo is located right outside the entrance to the pool- which was very convient- and the beach took at the most 2 minutes to walk to. Private beach access was awesome- it was so less crowed that other parts of the beach- and MUCH more clean! The hot tub was awesome at night- and the pool was refreshing in the heat of the day. Sherri was awesome about responding to any and all request. This condo is convient to EVERYTHING- Destin and Miramar Beach has sooo much to offer. You must visit Cheesburger in Paradise- which is only 2 miles away in Miramar Beach- and while in Destin (which is only 3-5 miles away) visit the Lighthouse, which has GREAT seafood- and 1/2 off prices starting at 4:30! Overall all- great condo, great location, great price! You will not go wrong in this condo!!

We just got back today from our amazing stay in this condo. Let me preface that I searched hundreds of condos, and either they were nice but too expensive, or affordable but didn't look so nice. It all changed when I saw this rental. I felt like writing a positive review even before we got there since the owner, Sherri, was SUCH A PLEASURE to deal with!! She helped us with everything and anything we needed. We weren't sure at first whether we needed a 2 bedroom since we have a 2 yr. old son and this condo didn't have a crib. Sherri was amazing and hooked us up with someone who rents cribs in the area and she helped us to be able to have a crib for our son. We were able to put the crib along the long hallway - so at night we were able to have the whole apt. for ourselves without worrying if we were waking up the baby. it was perfect since there are no windows along that hallway so he was able to sleep late, which meant WE were able to sleep late too! Speaking of sleeping late, the bed/bedding is heavenly comfortable. (And I'm usually very picky with these things). The entire condo is immaculate and decorated really beautifully and tastefully. While the condo is not right on the beach, It's about a minute walk from the beach, and the unit is right near the pool. The back porch opens to a beautiful grassy/flowery area which was also really nice! (you should put up pictures of it!) The decor is very modern and classy, it is so clean, and had everything we needed. The TVs were great too. There's also a really good stereo system. The condo is in the heart of everything and was a great find! If you want a great place to stay at an affordable price, and as I told Sherri, she brings "customer satisfaction" to a whole new level- so if you want an overall great and pleasant experience, from booking your stay, to your actual stay-- this is the spot! We had an amazing time, thanks again for everything!!

This condo is beautiful! It has a wonderful location right by the beach, and right down the road from everything else. We could not have been happier with our stay. This condo was wonderful because it really has everything you need for an extended stay, from the kitchen utensils to the extra towels. It was really great. And as of July 2nd, NO OIL! We will be back to blue paradise!

I stayed in this beautiful condo with my 13 year old daughter, my sister and her 2 young girls. We were in Destin for a cheerleading competition. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Sherri, the owner, provided us with excellent customer service before and during our stay. The condo is right next to the pool and just across the street from the beach. We would love to come back and stay again!!

My husband, two girls (ages 16 and 12) and I had a wonderful spring break in Destin. Our condo was absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, neat and looked even better in person. It is in a great location right next to the pool, parking lot and just across the street from the beach. It was very easy to cross the street. Traffic wasn't bad and it's only 25 miles per hour. This was a very relaxing vacation. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. The owner, Sherri, is so nice and helpful. She e-mailed me info on activities in the area before the trip. We hope to go back again next year. I highly recommend this condo. You won't be disappointed.

We had an absolute blast!!! Thank you...thank you...thank you...Sherri. The condo is adorable and super clean. It is so cute. My family and I had a blast. The pool and beach are right there, so it made for the perfect vacation. I had never visited Destin before. But as I told Sherri, the owner, I will be back again. I truly had the best vacation and got lucky with the location and accommodations. Great A+!

Call it luck of the draw. I had never used HomeAway, but heard about it from a friend. I was a little nervous at first, but selected this condo. I liked the pictures. To my pleasant surprise, this condo was perfect. It's beautiful, even prettier than pictured. I stayed at the beach all day and loved the fact that the condo is right across from the beach. I couldn't have asked for a better location. Also, Blue Paradise gave me excellent customer service. You couldn't ask for more friendly people to rent from. I am going to come back. Destin is beautiful.
