The apartment has a very large Master Bedroom with two Beds,and flat screan tv a second bedroom with a Full Size Bed, the Living room has a Double-size pullout couch ,full size Sofa and flat screan tv , very nice eating kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all kitchen utensils. Dining area with a real original Fire Place, Private Back Yard, a marble Bathroom,washer/dryer in the unit, brand new hard wood floors, very High ceilings. You can walk to Theater district, Hells Kitchen, Port Authority. Greyhound station. TKTS, Marriott Marquis, Times Square! All are within 2 minute walking distance. Located in the heart of Manhattan and most populated Area. There are many restaurants, bars, shops. You name it! If you walk out of apt there is restaurant row out there.   • i would highly recommend. the owner, eran, is both extremely easy to work with and he constantly checked to ensure everything met our satisfaction. as to location, it couldn't be better because it was within easy walking distance to everything. the apartment is tasteful and there really wasn't any downside.

  • I just got back from NYC on Sunday, My Mum, three sisters and myself stayed at this fantastic apartment. It was so spacious, nicely furnished and clean. Great location!!!! Eran was incredibly professional and was always there if we needed anything Thanks Again Eran for a great stay!! Will definitely go back!!

  • We had the privilege of staying in this apartment March 24-28. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Hands down, this had to be one of the best family accommodations we've ever enjoyed in our 10+ years visiting the city. The apartment is so spacious we even had plenty of room to invite guests over for dinner. Our guests, native New Yorkers, were just as impressed as we were! My only regret is that the weather wasn't really nice enough to allow us to fully enjoy the terrace.
