Well if you want a condo placed convenient to everything, and not the same old boring decor, this is it! It's obvious the owners love to travel and decorate! We found everything we could need, loved the beach, restaurants and yes, Beverly I did find the spatulas! Other than the fact that I was under the weather, the week was perfect.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Nicely decorated and updated unit, super easy beach access. The owner is very pleasant to work with and has thought of everything. There are tons of kids toys, floats, beach chairs and games in the unit. The thing I loved the most was waking up with my morning coffee on the intercoastal waterway with the sunrise and then watching the sunset on the Gulf side balcony. The unit is set up to give privacy to both bedrooms which was nice since we had two couples. It was so relaxing and breath-taking. Tons of great restaurants in the area.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My family and I stayed in this condo in July 2011. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was stocked with everything you could dream of including a fully stocked closet with kid's toys! We loved the personal service of the owners and it really felt as if we were staying in a family home. The condo was spotless and I appreciated the attention to detail. My daughter loved playing the Sega in the living room while I enjoyed one of the many books on the balcony. The property is on the trolley line and there is a stop very close to the building which was so handy! We loved leaving the car behind as the parking lot is a little narrow and hard to get in and out. The elevators were not working during our stay but it was a short walk to the first floor. On our day of departure, the elevator caused us to be locked out but the owner was very quick to respond. I had her direct number unlike other condo visitors in the building who had to wait for a property management company to respond. It isn't a choice whether we will be back...Its just a matter of how long we can wait! What a wonderful find!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I had a girls week for my birthday in August 2007 and have stayed in several condos on the Gulf, but have to say this took the cake! This condo has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from one balcony and calming and serene views of the Intracoastal Waterway from the other. Absolutely new and beautiful furnishings, including leather couches and pristine bedding. Not to mention the stocked and updated kitchen that made us feel like we were on millionaire row. Also, didn't have to worry about carting dirty laundry and towels with us back to Virginia because the condo is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer. I will definetly be returning, and without the floats and beach necesities....yes, they are included as well! Thank you for allowing us to stay in such an amazing beach condo and hope that we will be welcomed back in the near future.

WONDERFUL VACATION !!!! Thanks so much for the use of your condo. It was just PERFECT. We all had a much needed, relaxing vacation. Hated to leave. Hope to return again.

We just got back from a weeks stay and it was wonderful!! Very comfortable and relaxing environment. The condo was decorated in great detail and had great furnishings. Beautiful beach, great pool and a great location. We will definetely be coming back here in the futre. Thanks again

Our stay at this condo was even more relaxing and fun than we could have imagined! Between the inviting decor, dolphin sightings, walks on the beach and refreshing pool, who could ask for anything more! Just be prepared, it is very hard to leave at the end of your stay!

A nice place to stay. Very child friendly. The view is awesome. Lots of extras provided, which was a nice touch. Felt like home, only warmer!!

WHAT A WILD STAY WE LOVED YOUR CONDO AND ALL THE PALM AND FISH DECORATIONS. IT IS AMAZING TO SEE THE SUN COME UP AT ONE END OF THIS HOME AND GO DOWN ON THE OTHER. WE WERE SO COMFORTABLE HERE!
