This property is located in the center of Paris ten minutes bicycle ride from the Eiffel Tower and the River Seine. Velib is the new Parisien way of visiting the city. There are two Velib bicycle stations in our street. It is one minute walk from the Metro station 'Commerce' which is a direct line through Paris to the Place de la Concorde and the Champs Elysees for example 20 minutes).
The Rue des Commerce is one of the most well known Paris streets, with a fabulous street market twice a week with cheese, fruit and vegetable stalls bakeries butchers and everything you need for a great meal on the terrace. Despite the fact that this area is full of life it is also very quiet at night and extremely safe.
The 90 square meters apartment has a private code to get in from the street, plus another code to enter the building . There is a guardian in the building that is situated in a private residence with a ground floor garden area. The flat is accessed by two lifts.
Situated on the 8th and last floor of the building there is an almost 360° view over Paris, with view on to the Dome des Invalides its Golden Dome is lit at night.
The master bedroom gives on to the 70 square meters terrace surrounded by calm and greenery, breakfast on the terrace is a moment you will never forget. This terrace provides shade for those who prefer not to sunbath during the long summer days.

The main living room is a warm family space with books and tresors that this family have collected over the years from their many travels around the world. this room also gives directly onto the terrace.
The general atmosphere is a mixture of contemporary and antique, wooden floors and a typically French style.
The kitchen area is an open space with a table and chairs , this room is very modern and has been recently renovated.
It is very rare in Paris to find such a space that is a true mixture of city life and nature.
This is a stay that you will most definitely never forget, the flat is full of happy and peaceful vibrations that you will feel the moment you step through the door.
