This spacious villa has 1500 square feet of living space with magnificant views of a beautiful lagoon. We are located on a quiet cul de sac adjoining the Sea Pines Forest Preserve which means there is an abundance of herons, egrets,ospreys and a few alligators. The master bedroom is looking out over the lagoon and has a pillowtop king bed. The guest room is in the front of the villa and has two twin beds. There are two full baths and a full kitchen. There is a terrific pool on the property and three tennis courts. We are one mile from the beach and you will have full access to the Sea Pines Beach Club.
Sea Pines is the oldest and most famous of all of the Plantations on the Island. You will be minutes away from Harbor Town, The Beach Club and Salty Dog also there are miles of great bike trials. Sea Pines has it all for your perfect vacation.

Our names are Kathy and Joe Redgate and we have owned this home since 2004. We choose Sea Pines and Lake Forest because of the terrific amenities in Sea Pines and the great location and spaciouness of the Lake Forest villas. We love walking in the Forest Preserve and riding our bikes to the beach and to the Salty Dog! We work hard at making sure you have everything you need for a great Hilton Head vacation.

We had out first vacation in Hilton Head and had a great time. My wife and kids loved seeing the alligators every morning in the lake off the deck. The villa was clean, well stocked and very spacious. It is located close enough that we biked either to Harbour Town or the beach every day. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was never crowded. We look forward to staying hear again on our next trip.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We spent 4 weeks in this lovely villa ( Mar 6-Apr 3 2010) I'm looking forward to my return next year. It is clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. The high ceilings are magnificent. The bathrooms are so large you can get lost in them!!. We enjoyed sitting in the sun on the deck and watching the alligators and herons. Several ospreys would hover overhead and plummet into the lagoon. Many of the houses around have bird feeders. Although we didn't get a tremendous amount to our feeder there were many birds around and I have never seen so many cardinals before. The villa seems to stay cool. Sun comes into the kitchen ( through the window and the skylight) and there is sun on the deck. It is handy that you can bike out the front door, cut through thhe hedge and bike the bike path to the beach in about 5 minutes. The 3 tennis courts vould do with a bit of maintenance but they were adequate. It was good that one could walk to them and they were usually available and they are free. We didn't use the pool as it wasn't warm enough but it looked nice. The only thing we missed was that we didn't bring our router so we had problems using both our computers. We plan to return
