Beautiful Maine cottage on Pickeral pond in the quaint town of Limerick Maine. Only 1.5 hours from Boston but feels like a million. Great house for kids. Pond has minimal boat traffic and very gradual beach for kids to swim.
The house has three bedrooms, one bath with washer and dryer provided. Adjacent to the family room and kitchen is a large deck that over looks the pond. A gas grille is provided for your use. If your adventurous, there is an enclosed outside shower adjacent to the house.
Limerick location is central to many great sightseeing destinations. The White Mountains are one hour west, Kennebunckport is thirty minutes away and Portland is less than an hours drive from this house.
The Pond has fantastic, small mouth bass, pickeral and sun fish fishing. A small aluminum row boat is provided at the pond for guests use. A small swim raft is anchored offshore for sun or fun. This house is located in the town of Limerick Maine. A great turn of the century town with a small town Maine Street, shops, restaurants and band gazebo.
If you are looking for a vacation to get away from it all, relax with your family around a fire pit on the beach, than this might be the perfect house for you.
