This villa offers all the comforts of the Caribbean sea. The breeze, sun and water. This Villa is completely furnished with 2 king size beds and 2 twin beds upstairs and a pull out coach in the living room to sleep 8 upstairs. There is a separate unit downstairs with queen bed and separate kitchen downstairs. There is a flat screen TV with cable. The Master Bedroom is air conditioned and all the rooms have ceiling fans. The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 4 baths an office, great room, atrium and kitchen along with dining area. Tiled pool area with lounge chairs. Plenty of parking.

Why the Owner Chose East End
We loved the location and convenience. It is not too isolated and has the Deep End Bar and the Galleon restaurant that are in walking distance so we dont have to cook or drive if we dont want to. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the swimming pool.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We feel so peaceful when we sit on the balcony looking at the water and watching the palm trees sway. As soon as we enter the light filled home all the troubles wash away and we are so relaxed. We never want to leave.

We had a wonderful time in St. Croix and enjoyed every moment at the villa. This home is very welcoming. After many days of preparing for our wedding, to be so luck to stay in this wonderful home was beyond words. Dana was very welcome to all of us and made us feel right at home. " The Welcome Basket" was a very thoughtful surprise and greatly appreciated. The home was spacious, the beds where very comfortable and the kids enjoyed playing in the yard and spending their evenings in the pool. The home had everything from extra beach towels, to beach toys for the kids and a private balcony to enjoy the cool island breeze. We enjoyed our Wedding Week at the villa and we have wonderful and unforgettable memories. Thank you so much for everything!

Lovely, welcoming home in a convenient setting, minutes from Christiansted in Green Cay. Walking distance to two restaurants,marina and beach. View Buck Island from the deck. Rest and relaxation are unavoidable here, from the spacious gallery, comfortable king beds, cool evening breezes and private pool. Full kitchen for eating in, blender for refreshing rum drinks. Well kept home with pride of ownership throughout. Even the little things like a cooler and beach towels are offerred as not to go without. Rental car is recommended, but the use of taxi vans can be utilized especially due to the proximity to C'sted. This property is handicap accessible, all one level, no stairs, one of the bedrooms directly off pool and steps, not ladder, to enter pool. My mother has mobility issues but loved to get in the pool everyday. I am certain the water therapy made her younger. I have visited St. Croix over the last 23 years, this vacation rental makes me feel right at home from the onset. Set the bags down and the send the cares away.

Hi Paul, Thank you for your email - we had a wonderful time in St. Croix and our sister, Kerry, was completely surprised and overwhelmed! We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. It was very comfortable and was equipped with everything and anything we could have possibly needed. Dana was wonderful to my family... The "welcome" basket was very thoughtful and much appreciated - the fruit was delicious! Although we dont expect to be travelling to St. Croix anytime soon, we will definitely keep Breezy Palms in mind for our future visits. Also your home will be highly recommended to our extended family and friends. Kerry and Trent were also thrilled with your home and its location and have been recommending it to their friends.
