  the photos are accurate but does not pull out the beauty of the house ! very clean, safe, quiet, private area, well maintained and close to ammenities with bikes, large pool, games and small events for the family and if you have any questions regarding the area or the house workers are great to fill you in very close to restaurants, disney and short drive to universal studios

  Thankyou Paul and Kris for sharing your vacation home with us. It was better than I ever imagined. Your home is so inviting and wonderfully decorated. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub after a day at Sea World which was only 20 minutes away. It was only a few minutes drive to the nearest grocery store and the restaurants.We ate at the IHOP for breakfast the Olive Garden one night but our favourite place to eat was the Outback Steak House. Everyone in the neighbourhood was so freindly and helpful. Paul and Kris there was lots of room for all 9 of us to eat and sleep in comfort. Thankyou so much!!!!! Hopefully we will be able to come back again next year!

  The house was clean , comfortable , very close to the parks, nice pool and grill , the owner was always very kind , we recommend to spend your vacations in these beautifull property .

  Hi Paul: I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay at your home over Christmas vacation. We had a great time! The weather was beautiful and the location of your home was perfect for getting to and from the parks and the other attractions in the area. The kids really enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a long day at the park. The layout of your home worked very well and we had plenty of room for the six of us. I will bookmark you site for future use, hopefully we can come again in the not too distant future. Thanks again

  Hi Paul Somehow, when one returns from a vacation, the next week is a blur. I have been meaning to write all week, so finally I am sitting down to do it. Put simply, we loved the house. It was pretty much perfect in every way, and the pictures didn’t do it justice. We took about 7 minutes each day to reach the Disney parking lots, and never had a problem getting there. It was so nice to come home to the pool and hot tub, and to have the quiet privacy of the house – very new, lots of space, comfy beds, etc. Our interactions with Star Vacation Homes were terrific, and they were very responsive (20 minutes!) the one time we called them when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hot tub. Easy access to a nice mall with a few restaurants was great. And our 7 year old loved the clubhouse Olympic pool, especially great because it was a 3-minute walk from the house. Thanks, too, for the helpful Disney advice and for making everything easy and smooth for us. We have been talking up the house, so you will no doubt hear from some of our friends in future – not to mention us! Best regards,

  This was a fantastic find. It is only about a 7 minute drive to Disney, 4 minutes to the grocery store, gift shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved this home, and that's just what we felt like when we walked in the door. I could have stayed for another couple of weeks. The rooms were big, the house was so clean and homey. There was no food, spices, condiments of any kind in the home so bring your own if required. I loved Orlando and will stay at Paul's home the next time I go it was that awesome. Thanks Paul and Family!!!! The Hodson's!

  We loved this beautiful house! The space was so comfortable, with the two master bedrooms and spacious bedrooms for kids, as well as a very generous and open living/dining/kitchen space. The pool(s) in the back were FANSTASTIC! The house had lots of small amenities that make rental properties so much more friendly - a little bit of laundry soap, lots of toilet paper, hand soap in the bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen and TONS of towels. Proximity to the airport, Disney and lots of other Orlando attractions made getting around really painless. We didn't hit the main attractions this time, because our son is a bit young still, but we did travel to Gatorland, the Green Meadows Petting Farm, the Florida Outlet Mall and lots of restaurants. We loved Houlihans and The Outback. Everything was so close, which was great for getting around between naps :) And your book of tips and ideas was a great resource. We had a wonderful week and will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us! If you are considering a rental property in Orlando, you just found it :)

  The house was more than we anticipated. It is beautifully decorated and was more spacious than we needed for the 7 of us. We liked how welcoming it was when we arrived. The tables, and island were all beautifully set. The management company even made cute little bows on the paper towels and toilet paper! We will recomend this property to our family and friends, whenever the opportunity arises. The location is close to so many exciting venues, ie Disney, Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Sea World, etc. We were so busy and have so much more that we want to try out that we will be definitely visiting again! Thanks so much to the owners for opening up their vacation home to us!

  This is a great, affordable property less than 10 minutes from Disney. The community is gated and quite nice. It has a community center with a pool and jacuzzi. The community center has plenty of things to keep kids occupied including a good size movie viewing room. For adults, there is a work out room, tennis courts and good areas to ride bikes. The home has 4 bedrooms two of which are masters and the other two each have two beds. The home is up-to-date. Aside from the community pool the home has a pool and jacuzzi of its own. The kitchen has amble space to cook and there is a washer and dryer right next to the kitchen. In the garage you will find a nice pool table and a dart board that is kid safe. We spent three nights here between Christmas and New Year's this year. The owner was very good with communication prior, during, and after my stay. He wanted to make sure all was right by us during our visit, which I really appreciate. There is also a management company nearby that can be contacted if needed. There is a grocery store within a 5 minute drive from the house and tons of restaurants to eat at that are even closer. This place is not only a great place to stay because of the price, but it really allows you to feel at home during a vacation. I will definitely stay here again when I return to the area.
