This estate is located on a private street which allows guest to enjoy their retreat but be within walking/biking distance to shopping and restaurants This home has recently been remodeled providing you with a cozy but elegant retreat.
Very Private and located in a Safe neighborhood. The property is large enough for on site parking with a beautiful oceanfront yard for entertaining while relaxing on the beach.
The kitchen and sitting room is where you will enjoy your coffee/tea and newspaper while watching the Sun rise in the morning and watching the moon rise in the evenings or just watch the dolphins play in the sea - every morning is different being on the ocean. Enjoy oceanfront dining which seats 8 along with extra seating around the kitchen bar. Or just walk outdoors to the oceanfront brick patio which provides lots of table and chairs for entertaining.
The downstairs consist of One Master Suite with Jacuzzi Tub and separate Shower. Another Bedroom downstairs has twin beds and full bath. Oceanfront Living Room with another separate seating area in front of a wood burning fireplace. Watch TV or play cards in the Oceanfront Family Room or just simply read a book or take a nap!
Walk upstairs to a Master Oceanfront Suite with His and Her Baths or just relax on the sofa while watching the waves. This Bedroom has a King size Bed and separate office for catching up on your email. Another Oceanfront Bedroom with full bath has a king size bed along with a desk and sitting area. The third upstairs bedroom has a ocean view along with a queen bed and full bath as well.
