A Renter’s Dream. Our condo is a beautifully decorated Non-Smoking 2 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse with gorgeous view and spacious backyard. The gorgeous view is of a scenic pond, the golf course, Choctawhatchee Bay, the marina, and the Village at Baytowne Wharf. Our sunroom is the perfect place to watch the weekly fireworks show!
Our condo is conveniently located to all Sandestin has to offer... golf, tennis, pools, beach, and miles of walking/biking paths. Our condo is just a short walk to catch the water ferry or tram to the Village and Grand Blvd. to enjoy all the specialty shops, restaurants, and night spots.
We have convenient off street parking right in front of the condo. The first floor has a full bath, fully furnished kitchen, dining room, den, and screened porch. You will love the privacy and spaciousness of the upstairs master suite, with attached bath, dressing areas, and queen bed. It also has a wonderful sunroom that overlooks the bay. The guest bedroom has twin beds with an attached bath and a dressing area.
In the den there is a TV, DVD, and CD player. The master bedroom also has a TV. We have multiple bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for your convenience.
