This home includes a private pool, floats and pool toys, Gas BBQ Grill on the Deck withu mbrellas and 5 lounger chairs for reading by the pool or just getting that perfect tan.
Full Kitchen faces the bay, a plus when preparing those vacation meals.
Living Room contains New Leather Sectionals, seating a group of 8, with 3 Leather Media Room Chairs, in front of a 52 inch Plasma Screen.
Master on the Main and Additional 2nd Floor Bedroom with bath, boasts Full bay Views, 2nd Floor Balcony with own private entrance, is great for morning coffee and view of the bay for miles.
The other room is an "attic" room at the top of the stairs with a mattress on the floor. The little ones love this room.
