Is the reason to stay and will be the reason to come back to this Luxury condo! Most condos have a nice view looking at the boat docks.
This condo is located at the point of the Clearwater complex and is a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and has an unobstructed view of both the pool and water front. Also being situated on the point, you have a great view looking in both directions along the Big Niangua.
The balcony is located just off and above the pool area, close enough to keep an eye on the kids or other family but maintain enough privacy. The balcony comes complete with a Weber gas BBQ grill and remote controlled awning that covers the entire balcony to provide shade in the afternoon or protection from the elements.
Sitting at the 8MM of the Big Niangua gives the advantage of calmer water along both the Big and Little Niangua perfect for Water sports or a quiet cruise. Yet the location is close enough to the action that it is just a short trip to get dinner or a drink on the water.
Our ~1800 sf. 4 Bedroom 3 bath + Loft (Sleeps 9-11) unit is quite spacious and perfect for multiple families and/or friends.

The loft area is setup as an office and game room and includes desk with computer, printer and internet. Don’t worry though; High speed wireless internet is FREE and available anywhere in the condo or even on the balcony.
Don’t forget the 3-in-1 game table for Poker, Bumper pool, or additional dining space. Perfect for the afternoon break from the Sun or a late evening Texas Hold'em competition. Again, comes complete with cards, blackjack shoe, and poker chips. Just bring your poker face and be ready to go all in!
Get your friends/family together for a great summer vacation or a long weekend trip. Our Condo is spacious enough to bring the whole family yet affordable enough to have a smaller group and all the space you could ever need. Truly relaxation & fun at its finest!
Of course our condo comes fully equipped with Linens, towels, pots, pans, coffee pot, most spices and condiments. In addition to the many amenities noted below, you will also have access to our 12 x 32 boat slip.
What else is there to do at the lake?
- The Lake of the Ozarks and Niangua arms in particular are known for great crappie and bass fishing, particularly in the Spring and Fall.
-There are two beautiful golf courses, Old Kinderhook and Lake Valley Golf and Country Club, within 5-minutes from the Condo with plenty more courses within a slightly longer drive.
-Make sure to visit Ha Ha Tonka State Park just a short distance away either by land or water, where you can take a leisurely hike, see the remnants of a historical castle, or simply enjoy a natural cold-water spring that leads into the Lake of the Ozarks.
-Is shopping your deal? It is a short 20-minute drive to the famous Osage Beach Outlet Mall. Along the way you will find plenty of specialty shops for you to stop and shop. And if eating out is in your plans, there are many restaurants to choose from and which cater to every taste and style.
-What would a vacation be without a trip to the Go-Kart Track, Miniature Golf, Water Park, or a visit to the ice cream stand? All are within a 10-minute drive.
There are so many things to see and do at the Lake of the Ozarks, and the location of our Condo is ideal. It's secluded from the heavy traffic, but easily accessible to the attractions that will surely make your vacation a memorable one.
Easy access off of Highway 54 allows you to get here and also get back out and about quickly. Also the location puts you just a few short minutes from Camdenton.
Our Condo is practically new, never been lived in full time, and 2009 will be the first year that it has been rented. Thus, the condo is exceptionally clean and is in like new condition. We consider this to be our second home and ask that you do the same.
We also have great neighbors and want to keep it that way. Thus large groups interested in loud parties are discouraged from renting our unit. Quiet hours, 11 PM to 7 AM, are enforced by the complex Security and they will evict parties that get out of control.
We know our guests and neighbors appreciate the Security available at the complex and that these policies ensure everyone can enjoy their time at the lake. I have been vacationing in the Ozarks for 40 plus years and this was the best place yet. The place was clean and well-maintained. There were 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths, which came in handy with 4 teen/young adults. The bedrooms were very comfortable for the 8 of us and the teenagers and young adults used the game room every night. We enjoyed the cable TV and the fact that the kids could use their laptops. The kitchen was well stocked and there were amenities, like a garbage disposal, dishwasher and washer/dryer that made it feel like home. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the retractable awning allowed us to sit outside at all times of the day and night. We were able to keep our boat in a large slip and the pool allowed us to relax and swim in clean water. After checking into other places in the area we felt the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend renting this unit.

My husband and I recently rented this condo for a fun week with our children and grandchildren. It was a great condo with plenty of room and very tastefully decorated. We were able to grill out at night as a family and our children and grandchildren loved the pool. The awning was great it kept the patio cooler and we loved sitting out and watching the lake. The hosts are very accommodating and great to work with. I would recommend staying here.

We were very lucky to find such an awesome condo for our 4th of July vacation. It was the perfect location to meet our friends. With the four bedrooms, each couple had their own room and each set of kids got to share their own room too. The bedroom in the loft area was great for the little one to take naps during the daytime. We loved the patio overlooking the pool and lake. We couldn't believe the great view of all the fireworks. Everyone was very nice at the complex and the owners were extremely helpful with all the details. They had everything that we needed. I hope we get the chance to return next year!

We took our family vacation here and had an awesome time. We had 9 adults and an infant and there was plenty of room. The condo was amazing and in a great location overlooking the lake. It felt like a home away from home and we wished we could have stayed longer. The owners were also very helpful with answering any questions we had and offered suggestions with things to do. We will definately come again and are already talking about making a "girls" trip.

I recently stayed at this condo for a three night stay...and I wish it could have been longer! The condo is absolutely gorgeous with great, clean, rooms and a wonderful balcony area overlooking the pool and the lake. The balcony has a grill and seating for six, so it was a wonderful spot for meals. Heather and her husband Todd were both very helpful in suggesting local spots for activities and restaurants. They were also easy to reach and very helpful when we had a question about where to launch our boat. I would absolutely stay at this condo again and have already suggested it to several friends.

I would highly recommend this to anyone! Our family just returned from our stay-we had six adults and two small children and the condo was perfect for us. We could have easily had other family members stay with us too, as there was still a lot of room. The condo is located in a great spot on the lake and the view is amazing! The owners are fabulous to work with. They gave us a variety of recommendations for places to eat, shop, visit. We weren't very familiar w/the lake or places to go, so their recommendations were so helpful! Our family had a wonderful time and we can't wait to go back again. We are planning on making this a yearly tradition!! Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!!

I would HIGHLY recommend renting this condo. It is perfect for a large family to stay in. We had 4 adults, 2 teens and 3 young kids on our vacation and we still had enough room to spare. The owners of the condo thought of every little thing you might need, but forgot to grab from home. All we had to do was buy groceries and we were set for a whole week. The bedrooms are huge, the view of the lake from the balcony is breathtaking and the condo complex is full of life perfect for families or a romantic getaway. After we left this condo we went home and looked for one to buy! The owners were wonderful to work with as well. There are lots of reference materials around the condo for navigating the lake and the town. They also made it easy to get in and out of the condo which helped with all the people we had going in and out. I miss it a lot and can't wait to go back or hopefully buy one of our own! Fingers crossed.
