North Boulder ranch home with completely private 800 square foot garden apartment AND main level sunroom, large outdoor deck, private hot tub, 1/4 acre fenced yard for well behaved dogs and private entrance. Garden apartment has full kitchenette, large refrigerator . Separate bedroom with new Queen bed, bathroom and private washer dryer. Large living area with futon pull-out bed and single daybed, if needed. New 32" HDTV with DVD player. Space is great for a couple or 4-5 adults maximum. Not really suited for children.
All carpet and furniture is new. Owner lives in a separate part of the home. Main level sunroom has cathedral ceilings, southern exposure and a gas burning fireplace. The sunroom leads directly to the large, private deck, hot tub and enclosed backyard. The backyard is fully landscaped and beautiful. Romantic outdoor atmosphere with chiminea for evening fires. Our immediate area provides easy access to bike paths, creek trails and tennis courts. Boulder Reservoir- 700 acre recreational facility is 1 mile away. Owner loves to share her years of experience about the many activities and nightlife, readily available. Zelda, our loving Norwich Terrier, is always ready to cuddle and greet you, if you wish.
