You can enjoy the beautiful view you will have on the 17th floor of this luxury gulf front condominium. Gulf Crest Resort is located in the prestigious Thomas Drive area of Panama City Beach. The pictures are of my unit 1702. It is professionally decorated and immaculate.
This unit was constructed in 2004 and features a 40 foot balcony where you can overlook the sugar white sand, emerald water, and of course the perfect evening sunsets. Gulf Crest also enjoys 294 feet of beach, two large gulf side pools (one of which is heated), two outdoor heated spas, a kiddy pool, fitness center, and game room.
The unit consists of approximately 1400 square feet of living space with beautiful views of the ocean through windows located in the dining room, living room, and master bedroom. The master consists of a queen bed and flat screen TV mounted to wall. The guest room has a queen size bed. Plus there are two twin size built in wall beds as well as a queen size pull out sofa bed.
The furnishings are upscale, the televisions in both bedrooms as well as living room have DVD players, stereo system in living room, 9 foot ceilings, crown molding in living area, tile floors in living room, dining room, and kitchen, cultured marble tubs with glass enclosures, cultured marble vanity tops, and a fully equipped kitchen with corian counter tops, washer and dryer, as well as your own covered parking spot.
This unit is truly top of the line not to mention Panama City Beach is rated as one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Before you know it you could be sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins swimming in the gulf.
