Spacious first floor beach front with both a living room and a family room for separate entertaining. Great open 2000 Sq Ft floor plan.
The living room, facing the beach side, includes a 50" plasma TV with HD cable service with a DVD/VCR player. The family room at the other end of the unit has a 35" plasma with the same HD cable programming with DVD/VCR. Both rooms have walls of windows to let the sun shine in.
The master bedroom, also directly facing the beach, off the living room, makes it easy to enjoy spectacular sunrises through a wall sized sliding patio door. MBR furniture offers a king sized canopy bed, triple dresser, 27" plasma, and is next to a ceramic tile bath with a whirlpool tub with shower.
A queen bedroom is located at the opposite end of the unit, off the family room, next to a full ceramic tile bath designed to allow one person to use the shower or tub, without interfering with the privacy of others in the powder room portion. On the other side of this bathroom, a third bedroom includes two twin beds. The fourth bedroom off the dining room was recently refurnished with two new twin beds. There is a queen sofa bed in the family room that completes the sleeping for eight to ten guests.
A fully equipped kitchen is centrally located with airy open walls permitting a ocean beach view straight through the kitchen from the three seat kitchen counter bar. Appliances include a electric cook top, range, microwave, ice making refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, clothes washer and dryer.
There is a covered open porch with a view of the beach. An ideal setting for enjoying your meal, having some drinks or just playing cards, while the sunset reflects a variety of colors onto the ocean. Early morning sunrises or moon lit oceans and even the bright lights of the Atlantic City skyline are easy to enjoy. Open deck by the bulkhead for sunning and a rear balcony off the family room. Six Beach tags provided.
Parking is provided for two cars with a carport and driveway. The outside shower located off the front porch includes both hot and cold water. Our south end location is walking distance to Corsons Inlet State Park with its high dunes and great hiking trails.
Our home is a smoke free environment. Sorry we do NOT allow group rentals or pets.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, South End
We specifically bought this unit since it was one of only five like it on the island. We wanted a unit that would be comfortable for two generations, 2-3 Couples or one large family. Having both a Living Room and Family Room was critical for extra entertaining areas. Having a Living Room and MBR directly facing the beach a hugh plus. MBRs facing the beach are hard to come by. We especially liked the cleverness of the design allowing a view of the ocean even from the kitchen and the family room on the street side.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
1. Being able to walk such a short distance to the beach and ocean.
2. The covered front porch for:
......A. Playing cards or a game.
......B. Enjoying a moon lit ocean or dark star filled sky.
......C. Having breakfast, lunch or today's catch for dinner on the porch with the sunset colors
......D. Having a beer and a great conversation with loved ones.
3. Great movies or TV on the HD 50" Plasmas on rainy days or quiet nights.
4. Waking up in the MBR and opening the slider to the sounds and smells of the beach breezes.
5. Walking on the beach to 59th Street to explore Corsons State Park and their trails through the dunes.
