Countless restaurants, shops and entertainment are a short drive away in this major East Cost resort town.
This top-floor unit has a full-width balcony with a covered eating area and sun deck. Watch the sun set over the bay each evening after a day of surf a few blocks away on the Atlantic Ocean. Complex amenities include two outdoor pools and a kiddie pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Everything you need for a temporary residence, romantic getaway or family beach gathering is included with all the comforts of home. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed and sliding glass doors to the sundeck. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with full-sized mattresses on the bottom and twins on top. A pull-out bed in the living room is also available for your convenience. A breakfast bar, dinning room table and outdoor dining through another set of sliding glass doors compliment a fully equipped kitchen. Your own washer and dryer will help you keep the swimsuits and beach towels clean while you relax in front of the TVs or watch DVDs.
Monthly rentals are available at up to 50% off the weekly rate and small pets are welcome in this non-smoking residence. You must be 25 or older to apply and each child under 21 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

Why the Owner Chose Heron Harbour Isle
Michelle and I bought this beautiful vacation property a few years ago with her mother, father and brother who all live within a short drive to Ocean City. Our parents have owned an identical unit in the same building since 1993. They bought it during the pre-construction phase of this luxury resort home complex.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love taking long vacations with our family and friends in this gorgeous setting. We fly in to Washington, DC and rent a car for the 3-hour drive across the Chesapeake Bay and Eastern Shore. Sometimes we simply relax on the deck and watch the sunset after wading in the ocean surf with the kids on a pristine beach just a few blocks away. Other times we are sailing or jet skiing on the bay, riding our bicycles up to the Deleware Beaches, chartering deep sea fishing trips for big game fish or driving our SUV on the Assateague National Sea Shore.
Before we relocated to Colorado, we would frequently jump in the car for a 3-hour drive from southern Pennsylvania and central Maryland for quick getaways. We hope to move back someday so we can once again enjoy our condo more frequently. In the meantime, we look forward to renting to you as much as you want so you can enjoy the place as we once did.
