Location: Hudson, Florida Central West, Florida, USA (90 minutes to Disney; 30-45 minutes to Clearwater & Tampa)

This beautiful 2000-square-foot executive "heated pool" home is located in an exclusive golf course community called 'The Estates.' It is in a very quiet environment with well-kept, professionally-landscaped homes. My home is handicap accessible, and is extremely clean with upgraded interior decorations and very fine furniture. The public golf course is within walking distance and is considered one of the best in the area. The beach is a quick ten-minute drive away.

Concerning the accommodations, the master suite features a California king-size bed, TV, phone, and full walk-in closet. The private, connecting, tiled bathroom features a garden tub, twin sinks, separate toilet room, and over-sized, tiled shower. There is also available a twin bed (for a child) that can be set up in this very spacious master bedroom, if necessary.

The second and third bedrooms are on the other end of the house. They share a large bathroom with tiled shower which separates them. The second bedroom features a large closet and full-size bed with a new mattress and boxsprings. The third bedroom also features two brand-new twin beds (with new mattresses and boxsprings, as well). This bedroom also has a double slider door overlooking the pool.

From the front of the home you will discover that the double front doors open to a lovely living room with TV, stereo, and double sliders that overlook the large, screened, and now heated swimming pool. Within the screened lanai is the pool itself, and two complete patio sets with tables and chairs.

All the kitchen necessities are at your fingertips, including toaster and coffee maker. Attached two-car garage assures secure parking. The new washer and dryer also help keep your vacation clothes fresh and clean. All the water throughout the home is softened, and the kitchen faucet has a 'filtered-water' option. This deluxe home has cathedral ceilings and fans throughout, which provide a pleasant, circulating, gulf breeze. I also provide a 24-hour, monitored, security system (not that it's really needed; use is optional).

There are several grocery stores and a variety of restaurants just minutes away. A side note: just north of my area is Weekee Watchee, in Homasassa Springs, where the manatee play. I highly recommend this activity if you've never seen these gentle giants of the sea before. I can assure you that it's well worth the 20-minute trip to get there.

Please note: This home is available for 'long-term' rentals only. This consists of periods of 31 days, or longer. This is due to deed restrictions in my area. If your intended stay is for a shorter length of time, please email me with your requirements, as something may be able to be worked out(depending on your intended length of stay). Please also note that I request no smoking inside the home. Pets will be considered with an addtional 10% deposit.

Personal Currency Assistant™

From January 1 through March 31 the rent is $2,500. From April 1 to December 31
the rent is $2,000.  Pool heating is an extra $10/day.  All rentals include
local phone, cable TV, Internet service, weekly pool service, and all utilities.
One third of the total rent is due when reserving, one third is due 6 months in
advance of arrival, and the last one third & security deposit is due 2 months in
advance of your arrival date.  The security deposit will be returned within 14
days assuming no damage to the home or contents.  Security deposit is 20% of the
total rent and pet deposits require an additional 10% security deposit.
