Villa Vista Verde is indeed a golf lover's home, overlooking the greens of hole number two of the famed Pete Dye, "Teeth of the Dog" golf course, in Casa de Campo, La Romana.
This tropical Caribbean style villa is open and spacious, incorporating the golf course from all the entertaining areas of the house and from three of its five bedrooms.
The villa has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The master suite features a king-sized bed, walk in closet, cable TV, DVD player, private bathroom. All other bedrooms have two double beds each.
One of them is perfectly furnished for children with two additional bunker beds with three twin beds each. In this bedroom up to 8 can sleep. All five bedrooms have walk in closets, cable TV, and private bathrooms.
Two of the the bedrooms are located in the bungalow next to the main house with their private living room and a beautiful view to the backyard and pool.
The villa also has an spacious living room and big terrace with dining space for ten. Outside the villa is the veranda, deck and patio with the pool, Jacuzzi and Gazebo. All these overlooking the golf course and the beautiful garden of the house.
This outstanding property is only a ten-minute walk from Casa de Campo Resort´s Minitas Beach an has convenient access to all of the resort´s other major amenities. Here you can enjoy a sunset having a cocktail drink in the veranda or relaxing in the Jacuzzi by the pool.
Maybe later in the evening go have dinner at The Beach Club, by Le Cirque at Minitas Beach or take a rented Golf cart and drive to La Marina to enjoy the yachts and a fine gourmet meal in one of their famous restaurants under the stars.
Other amenities are the spa hotel and fitness center which offer world-class treatments such as reflexology, hydrotherapy, whirlpool baths, facial treatments, and beauty salon. You can also take a ride to Altos de Chavón with its cobblestone streets full of exclusive boutiques and art galleries not to mention the beautiful view to the Chavon river atop the cliffs.
Villa Vista Verde comes fully staffed with a maid/cook, a butler and a gardener with daily service for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the request of guests (renters supply food). Daily cleaning and linen and towel service are also included. The staff leaves in the evening, but arrangements may be made at an additional charge for them to work late or stay overnight.
Upon arrival and check in at the resort a US $30.00 per day/per group fee should be paid. This allows you to access many of the hotels amenities ( towels and chairs at the beach, hotel gym, business center, horseback riding and many more).
