When you first enter either the 8TH FLOOR STUDIO PENTHOUSE or the & 1 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE, you will say, "OOOOOH!" The view will literally take your breath away. And if the view were not enough, it also has a huge balcony & a fabulous 4 paneled sliding glass door displaying the gorgeous view.
The spacious studio penthouse also has 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, sleeper sofa bed, brand-new strong top of the line air conditioner, ceiling fan, satellite TV, in-room safe, walk-in shower, telephone, full kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave, stove top, blender, toaster, coffee-maker, ice bucket, & dining area.
Also available for rent is the Owner's Suite, the adjacent 1 bdrm penthouse with king bed. It also has a full kitchen, indoor & outdoor dining areas, 2 tvs, & large balcony. Best to contact us rather than to check the calendar for availability on these 2 penthouses.
We own & personally manage our condos as we are independent of the hotel rental pool. We also like our guests to be happy, satisfied, & return to us!

This property is a full amenity resort hotel with an optional all-inclusive meals & drinks plan for $45 a day. There are 4 ocean view restaurants & 3 bars for great variety. The dinners at the Mediterranean Restaurant are better than at many of Cancun's finest restaurants. A dinner at one of Cancun's most expensive restaurants is the same price or more than an entire day of all-inclusive meals and drinks. So taking the all-inclusive plan for a day or 2 is a great deal! IT'S THE BEST DEAL IN TOWN!
Across the street is J. C. Capitan. They have well-priced lunch & dinner menus with gorgeous sunsets. There is also a nearby convenience store across from the Omni.

Bellevue provides 24 hour security for your protection. It is located at the southern end of the Cancun Hotel Zone, which is not a densely populated nor a high traffic area. Police are constantly visible in the Hotel Zone as Cancun is Mexico's Number ONE money-maker & prefers to keep it that way. The hotel also provides parking, a private beach, massages, gym, computer room, convenience store, & car rental & tour desks.
This hotel is situated at the southern end of Cancun's hotel zone. It has one of the best beaches because the hotel placed a breakwater directly in front of the hotel to plant sand & cover any exposed rocks. Also, get your snorkeling equipment because this is the perfect location for snorkeling as the reef begins a few hotels down at Club Med. There are also night clubs, discos, restaurants, 4 casinos, & children's activities in Cancun.
Tower One, where our penthouse is located, is situated further out from the other 2 towers of Bellevue. This gives you the sensation of floating on the unbelievably beautiful turquoise ocean. You have a 270 degree unobstructed panoramic view from the beginning of the Hotel Zone to its end. You also have a beautiful view of the lagoon. Sit on your balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee, & watch the sunrise. Lounge on your balcony in the evening with a drink, & watch the sunset. See the pelicans fly by so closely that you can almost touch them. Count the number of beautifully lit-up cruise ships by night. You will leave from your vacation with visions and memories that will linger in your mind always.
Bellevue is located on the serene end of the Cancun Hotel Zone near Club Med. You can hear the sound of the waves during both the day & the night. There is a quiet peaceful pace to this area, not a lot of noise from traffic. And when the time comes when you must leave to go back home from your vacation, you will feel truly rested & refreshed & literally say, "What An Experience!" I know I always do!

We chose the resort area of Cancun to buy our condos because it is close to Texas and is incredibly beautiful. The gorgeous turquoise water and the beautiful white sands of Cancun will truly mesmerize you.
We chose this location in the Cancun Hotel Zone because it has the best beaches, it is tranquil, & it is more central & accessible to the all activities in Cancun as well as down the coast.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Bellevue Beach Paradise offers wireless internet in the lobby. It is also a great place to meet people. The food is very good, the views are fabulous, & the nightly entertainment is fun.
But above all, the views from our condos & our balconies are truly unbelievable & unforgettable. I know I always count the days when I can return to my spot on the balcony & appreciate the gorgeous ocean vista of Cancun. Ask about our 1 bdrm condo with a king size bed. This is the owner's unit, but is available for rent on occasion.
