This property is also a full amenity resort hotel with an optional all-inclusive meals and drinks plan for only $45 a day. There are 4 ocean view restaurants and 3 bars for great variety. The dinners at the Specialty Restaurant are better than at many of Cancun's finest restaurants. A dinner at one of Cancun's most expensive restaurants is the same price or more than an entire day of all-inclusive meals and drinks. So taking the all-inclusive plan for a few days is definitely a great deal!
There is also a mini-super market, Iguana Laguna, a two minute walk south across the street from the hotel with very good prices. They also take credit cards. Also at Km. 13.5 is Russo's Market with good prices. Walk directly across the street from the hotel and eat at J. C. Capitan. They have well-priced lunch and dinner menus with gorgeous sunsets.

Hotetur Beach Paradise provides 24 hour security for your protection. It is located at the southern end of the Cancun Hotel Zone, which is not a densely populated nor a high traffic area. Police are constantly visible in the Hotel Zone as Cancun is Mexico's Number ONE money-maker, and it prefers to keep it that way. The hotel also provides parking, a private beach, massages, gym, computer room, convenience store, and car rental and tour desks.
This hotel is situated at the southern end of Cancun's hotel zone. It has one of the best beaches because the hotel placed a breakwater directly in front of the hotel to plant sand and cover any exposed rocks. Even though other hotels may have exposed rocks while entering the ocean, you will not find one exposed rock at this beach. Even the turtles come to this beach to lay their eggs in the summer because it is so unobstructed and soft. Also, get your snorkeling equipment because this is the perfect location for snorkeling as the reef begins a few hotels down at Club Med.
Tower One, where our condos are located, is situated further out from the other 2 towers. This gives you the sensation of floating on the unbelievably beautiful turquoise ocean. You have a 270 degree unobstructed panoramic view from the beginning of the hotel zone to its end. You also have a beautiful view of the lagoon or lake. Sit on your balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee, and watch the sunrise. Lounge on your balcony in the evening with a drink, and watch the sunset. See the pelicans fly by so closely that you can almost touch them. Look for dolphins and fish by day and beautifully lit-up cruise ships by night. Count the number of nesting turtles in the summer at night. You will leave from your vacation with visions and memories that will linger in your mind always.
Hotetur Beach Paradise Hotel Resort is located on the serene end of the Cancun Hotel Zone near Club Med. You can hear the sound of the waves during both the day and the night. There is a quiet peaceful pace to this area, not a lot of noise from traffic. It also with an absolutely gorgeous view and balcony. This unit is the owners' suite, but it also can be rented. When connected, these 2 condos form a two bedroom two bath condominium with separate living room area accommodating up to eight guests.

My husband and I have been coming to Cancun since 1987 because he scuba dives. To keep myself busy while he dives, I began looking for condos at properties that I felt offered the best value for the money. I believe Hotetur Beach Paradise does just that.
