Our family had a great time. The home is very clean, well maintained and furnished and stocked with what we needed. Deb, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with, and everything about the listing decsription was accurate. The hot tub was a hit with our kids, and the 3 floors gave everyone the space and privacy we needed. The nearby rec center was also great for swimming and games. We hope to return soon!

The house was very nice and clean, and everything was in a good condition. We loved the set up with the kitchen and living room on the top floor we were able to gather as a group all together with plenty of space or find our own space downstairs. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to our friends.

We had an amazing experience here! We are from Orlando, FL and were looking for an affordable, nice, and covenient place for my family, and my siblings families to all stay together. Deborah's house was the perfect place for us! We enjoyed the hot tub, rec center, the beautiful scenery, you name it! Deborah is kind, helpful, and easy to speak with and we would love to come back again for another vacation!

Our family fully enjoyed the stay at this very nice, neat, clean vacation home. We loved the set up with the kitchen and living room on the top floor we were able to gather as a family or find our own space. The hot tub was a relaxing and convenient to have right outside the back door. There was nothing we neded that was not available at the house. We also took advantage of hte rec center and the discount ski tickets. Great stay and close to waterville Valley. We would stay here again!

Our group of friends enjoyed a long ski weekend in this beautiful vacation home. The house had everything we needed - from pots, pans, and utensils to bed linens and towels. It was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing, and the layout of the house provided everyone with enough space and privacy. The house was a short drive from Waterville Valley ski area, and the discounted lift tickets at the rec center were a definite plus! We would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a New Hampshire vacation. Deb was so easy to work with and very accommodating.

A great weekend getaway

This was a great place to spend a winter weekend. For our large group (8 to 10, depending on the moment), the best parts were the private outdoor hot tub (great to relax in at night with the snowing falling in the woods) and having plenty of bathroom space. We also liked the proximity to skiing and snowshoeing. Because the mountain is a few miles away, we felt fortunate to have an all-wheel drive vehicle with us; it snowed the weekend we were there, and the roads were tricky in front-wheel drive cars. The home is in very nice shape and was clean. The decor isn't luxurious, but there's plenty of seating in the common spaces. We were glad we only had 8 people in need of beds. The sleeping arrangements are as described, but the pullout sofa mattress isn't a viable bed for most people (someone could sleep on the sofa itself, though). Additionally, the separation between the "master" and the daybed room is a thin folding door--these aren't private sleeping quarters. This was a great place to get away with family. At night, we were able to chat, play board games, and eat meals together, and we were able to get to the mountain during the day. The one thing we missed was a fireplace, but there are plenty of those at nearby lodges and restaurants for those who want the chance to curl up fireside with a good book or a hot drink.

A group of my friends and I stayed at this property for a mini birthday weekend getaway!!! It was more than we could have asked for. The recreation center is amazing and there's so much to do; it has a hot tub, two indoor pools and outdoor pool with a huge deck. There are basketball and tennis courts, a game room, sauna and the list goes on and on (all included in the price). There are tons of things to do during the summer, so we will definitely have to return! The on-site hot tub was great, particularly when it was cool outside. The views are amazing, every floor has a deck and Deb was so accommodating, we had such a wonderful time!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

School Vacation

House was great for our two families. Plenty of room to spread out. Spent hours outside on decks reading and playing games while listening to the brook below. Able to walk to community center where we used the indoor pools and paddle boats. Clean, plenty of dishes to make meals and extra bedding was a definite plus. Deb was great to work with and would definitely rent again if we were up that way.

Our two families fit comfortably in this extremely clean, spacious home. Our families had children ranging in age from 5-14 and all throughly enjoyed the weekend. We took advantage of the outdoor skating pond and the two pools at the rec center. Having multiple floors allowed the kids to watch their movies and play video games while parents could enjoy a quiet evening to themselves. When we go back to Waterville, this is where we hope to stay again!

The house if just perfect for a family get-away - close to lots of things to do, beautiful views, well stocked with everything one could need, the rec center and hot tub are huge pluses. We had a wonderful vacation and will be back again.

DEB, WE REALLY ENJOYED THE HOUSE.IT IS BEAUTIFUL & SPACIOUS WITH THE DIFFERENT LEVELS. YOU SUPPLIED THE HOUSE WITH EVERYTHING POSSIBLY NEEDED SUCH AS LINEN, PANS,DISHES ETC. What a superb and tranquil setting for a "get away". The house was exactly how it was advertised. We really enjoyed the space the different levels of the house had to offer.The house was a pleasant drive from where ever we wanted to sightsee. We were so happy with our stay here! The house came exactly as advertised...a newer home with comfortable furnishings, four full bedrooms, plenty of privacy but within walking distance to the recreation center. Our family had plenty of room for both privacy and together-time. The linen and towel service is especially nice. This is among the best rentals in the neighborhood.

What a lovely mountain retreat for celebrating mud season! The running brook in back of the house was in full swing, in fact, everywhere you turned in the region had the beautiful sight and sound of running water through the woods. We enjoyed the private location, spaciousness of the home and hot tub. The rec center was also a big plus. Highly recommended for all four seasons.

What a beautiful stay our family of 6 enjoyed in this lovely spacious home.We watched the chipmunks in the mornings and the moon in the eveningson the 3 decks perched on the side of a mountain cliff. Wrapped in a soft down comfortor, tucked away in numerous bedrooms refreshed us. Autumn colors were spectacular warming your soul. Thanks to the homeowners for sharing this with us. .

For my wife and I, this is a perfect vacation location. The scenery is spectacular with hiking and golf all around. The house is neat, clean and spacious. We enjoy preparing meals and just relaxing. there's plenty to do in the area and suprisingly good places to eat! Since we're from San Francisco, I consider that a plus.

This is a very pleasant condo in a nice location. The rec center is nice and convenient and as always New Hampshire offers lots to do with small kids. HOWEVER, the overpowering smell of ammonia in the condo was very unpleasant. Despite our best efforts with open windows and air freshner the smell was a continued annoyance and seriously impacted on our enjoyment of the vacation. Since this is a animal free condo, I assume the smell is due to damp or water damage on the bottom floor leading to mold. If Deb wishes to continue to rent out this property the smell (which she is well aware of) needs to be properly dealt with.

Deb, Your mountain home was the perfect place to spend our vacation. My husband and I had the middle level bedroom while the other couple had the lower level. The guys loved the wide screen TV. Your house was a great retreat on a miserable rainy weekend for my husband's birthday. The children were kept content at the Rec Center swimming for hours, and the TV room on the lowest level in the house was a bonus for all of us. We had a quiet place to relax upstairs while the kids watched videos downstairs. The bedrooms were plentiful and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. Good running area around the house too. Thanks for a great time.

As a frequent traveler and a business man I know there are two sides to every sale, what you want the customer to believe they are getting and what they actually get. This was not the case in this situation. I went in as a skeptic but was totally pleased with everything. The house was amazing along with a brook in the back that made it ever so relaxing standing on the deck watching the snow fall and listening to nature. The jacuzzi was set to the perfect temperature to unwind in after a day of snowboarding. I look forward to next year's trip
