This Beautifully appointed (1800 square foot) home was built in 2002 and has modern furnishings. It has all the amenities you'll need for a relaxing, fun holiday in the mountains. Located at the bottom of Snow Summit Ski Resort makes it ideal for the avid skier, mountain biker or family who just don't want to get back in the car.
Walk to the slopes, corner store and much more. Just 2-5 minutes from the Lake, Restaurants, and all of Big Bear's main attractions. There is ample parking for you and your guests in the large driveway, and we a re situated on a flat street. There is a very large side yard which is ideal for all kinds of snow play!
You will enjoy our very open floor plan, fantastic for entertaining. We have provided a large 54" digital television for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with Belgium waffle maker.
Cozy up to a wonderful fire in the living room or Master Bedroom, take soak in the relaxing whirlpool tub or play an exciting game of Air Hockey. Go out on the back deck and have a delicious Bar-B-Q while you listen to the wind blow through the tall pines. Once you are here you won't want to go home.
The Bedrooms have 1 king size bed, two double beds and in the living room is a Queen pullout leather Sofa. All linens including towels blankets and sheets provided.

Why the Owner Chose Summit Estates
We bought this house in 2002 so our family could enjoy all the great activities Big Bear has to offer. Our kids love it for the great skiing at summit and Bear Mountain resorts. .It's great to get up here for summer weekends too, our favorite thing to do is rent a pontoon boat and leisurely explore the coves of Big Bear Lake. In the last few years we have also taken up mountain biking, which is challenging but exhilarating amoungst the beautiful scenery on top of Summit mountain.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We chose this cabin for it's family friendly open floor living, which is great for enjoying games and watching movies together in front of the Fire. We love that it is on a flat street for easy parking and getting around. Our Family loves to play in the vacant lot next to our house and the front and back yards. We have built plenty of snowmen and had lots of snowball wars here. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The cabin was awesome! Exactly like the pictures and even better than we expected. It was in a great location! Super close to Snow Summit (like on the same street!)and centerally placed near a lot of places to eat, gas, and snow gear rental stores. I had a blast on my trip and staying at this beautiful cabin was the best start. After a long day of adventures, the beds were sooo comfy! I did not wanna get up! You can tell the owners have put a lot of love into it and it's great for a family or group getaway! I rate it a 10+ You don't need anything except your personal belongings! If you want more throw blankets for couch or pillows you can bring, but it has everything! Including several board/ table games. TVs works great. Buy food and wood at a local store. I would recommend to anyone and I hope to come back and stay here again!!

We have stayed here for two years in a row and it will always be my first choice of cabins when vacationing in Big Bear. The location is perfect with Snow Summit within walking distance and restaurants, stores, etc., right around the corner. The cabin is beautiful, warm and cozy with some of the most comfortable beds around. It is fully stocked with anything and everything that you would need. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

I have had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cabin twice now and still can't get enough! It is close to all restaurants, ski resorts, grocery stores, etc. The cabin itself is kept in immaculate condition and very spacious. It is great for big families or even for just a couples getaway. I highly recommend this vacation home to everyone!

We stayed at this wonderful cabin for a weekend in March and had a great time! Once we walked into the cabin we felt right at home. Everything was clean and comfortable! The cabin is truly walking distance to the slopes which was really convenient since we didn't have to wait for everyone to get ready and load up the car to get to the slopes. After a great day of skiing and snowboarding we cooked ourselves a nice meal in the clean spacious kitchen and enjoyed the surround sound audio system and relaxed on the comfortable couches in front of the cozy fireplace. The beds were also one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. We will not hesitate to rent this cabin again the next time we are in Big Bear.

Nery and her family stayed in our Cabin for three days over the 4th of July weekend. she wrote me a lovely thank-you card that read "Hello Amanda I just wanted to let you know what a great time we had in Big Bear. Your cabin is so welcoming and we felt at home right away. You were right it was fully equipped with everything we needed. The kids had a great time in the cabin playing air hockey and bingo. They were having so much funplaying bingo, that when it came time to watch the fireworks, they didn,t want to go, so we missed the fireworks, oh well. that's OK - the kids created memories and they had a wonderful time. We definitely plan on coming back! thanks again Nery and family.
