  My family and I had the best weekend at this home! Besides having to experience seeing two Eagles that happens to be a first for myself and my boys. I like to thank you to the owners for allowing us in there home, and I say home because it feels like you are at home everything that you need its there. I have two teenage boys that all weekend long did not use their cell phone but only to take pictures of the spectacular views that his home has to offer, between going to the beach playing some football, soccer and just relaxing in the Hot tub or playing some pool or ping pong they where so busy having fun and bonding like brothers should, it was wonderful to be there. Trust me the pictures DO NOT do this place justice. The only recommendation that I have to make is maybe get a gas grill on the beautiful deck that you have to really enjoy the view while you BBQ and sip on some a glass of wine. The little store you have in town is so cute and have OK prices but really anything you forget not to bring you can find there, but is such a short distance to LIncoln City that is really does not matter if you need more things then what the store in town has to offer. Can't wait to come visit again!!!!!

  We stayed at this amazing beach house with our daughter and grandson. Also, my sisters and brother joined us for a few days. This place was perfect and we could not have had a better time. The house was perfect and there was so much room that a person could have alone time if they wanted. So many good meals, good laughs, and the view was beautiful. We had so much fun playing pool and ping pong and nice beach walks. We plan on trying for a big Christmas gathering here one day. My grandson was 2 1/2 at the time and he still talks about it. He's always telling me ''gramma I want to go to your beach house and I tell him so do I sweetie, so do I. Excellent, clean, well cared for home. Well worth the visit. I will be back:) Thank you!!

  The pictures do not do this place justice. It is in a private gated community and directly on a stellar, but small (maybe 1/4 mile long) beach. It is directly across from Proposal Rock. The location is amazing. You get down to the beach by carefully climbing down about 6' of boulders right off the deck. There are easier access points as well. The house is very well appointed. Everything worked, and the granite counter tops were gorgeous. We comfortably shared the house with another family, and totaled 4 adults and 4 kids. This place was a teenager's dream. Hot tub, sauna, play station 3 (not a 2), ping pong, pool, and ultimate frisbee on a beautifully clean sandy beach right off your doorstep. The 3 bedrooms all had attached baths and are upstairs. Downstairs is the sauna, family room, pool and ping pong tables and another bath with shower. It is a great place to stay.

  This year will be our 4th stay at this beautiful beach house. One of my favorite moments is upon entering the house and opening the blinds to my first glimpse of the beach and crashing waves of the ocean directly in front of the house. The hot tub is a wonderful indulgence on a cool, breezy night, then coming back inside to a roaring fire in the fireplace. We always use the Sauna and is one of the highlights of our stay. There is plenty of room for 6 people to relax, do their own thing, or get together at the large dining table for a board game. The dogs love it and we take multiple walks on the beach with them. The kitchen is well laid out, and other than a couple of things that may be missing, I've always been able to cook a full course meal here in style. We are looking forward to our next visit!

  I spent two weeks trying to find a place to take my family to for the weekend. It was difficult but we found this place that had everything we needed. We all thought the house was really beautiful! Even my dad. My mom could not do any walking so we wanted her to be right near the water (in the house) so she could enjoy the ocean. Well she was truly able to enjoy the ocean! The view was spectacular! We had everything we needed. Great well stocked home. Kids were all entertained because it rained. It was so relaxing and terrific. This is the house we will use again and again! Thanks for a great enjoyable vacation.

  This is a very nice place to stay if you want privacy, a great view, comfy beds and furniture. We stayed 3 nights in February. Fully equiped and everything works, sauna, hot tub, jetted tub, etc except the exercise machine. We had high surf with high tide conditions one day that made for some exciting wave action. Easy access to the beach in front and even easier down the road 100 yds. Everything was well maintained and there are plenty of towels. Only minor negatives were the apparent lack of cleaning stuff (no cleaning liquids except dish soap, no sponges, one broom, no hard surface vacuum) and no can opener nor smaller pans in the kitchen. Bring your own. All in all, a great place and we hope to come back for a relaxing stay.
