This is the place to come for relaxation, but there are all ocean and river oriented activities located within 20 miles if that's what what you want! Beach access is close with miles of sandy beach and a short beach hike to town for coffee, bakery, groceries, shopping etc.

Owners are close by and on-call to make sure your special stay is completely problem free and can direct you to some of the unique local attractions.

  • I have stayed in this house for-this will be my 10th year and when I feel the need to get away from the "world" I think of being right at this place. The first time there I thaught "what a tacky place but by the end of my stay I was saying "what a view -ever changing" and the house is so comfortable. I really don't want to say how much I LOVE this place for fear it won"t be available when I want to go there but if you are looking for a "basic need" house and want to enjoy the view! This is the place to go. I have never met the owners but after all these years feel like they are "unknown friends" and have said many times that I would rather change my vacation time than my vacation place. As I am planning to be there in a couple momths and this is the first time I have used the VRBO service. I have to say I feel honored to be the first one to make a comment. I can't say enough about this place and the view. Just remember it is quaint and whimsical. Enjoy tour stay.
