Owners are close by and on-call to make sure your special stay is completely problem free and can direct you to some of the unique local attractions.

This is the perfect beach house. Has everything you could ever need for a great beach vacation. The view from every room (especially from the upstairs bedroom) is fantastic. The house is clean but not brand new so you feel at home even with pets. What a treat it was to bring our dogs and not have to hire a house sitter and worry the whole time the pets were being taken care of. We have stayed many places up and down the coast and this is the best value anywhere. Thank you for sharing your home and making it economically feasible!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

The view is simply the best. Even the dog was content to sit in front of the windows and watch the crab boats, sea lions, and pelicans. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and the bed upstairs is comfortable. Rodger was very accommodating. We will definately be back. This may not be the place for you if color coordination and a feeling of brand new is important.

I have stayed in this house for-this will be my 10th year and when I feel the need to get away from the "world" I think of being right at this place. The first time there I thaught "what a tacky place but by the end of my stay I was saying "what a view -ever changing" and the house is so comfortable. I really don't want to say how much I LOVE this place for fear it won"t be available when I want to go there but if you are looking for a "basic need" house and want to enjoy the view! This is the place to go. I have never met the owners but after all these years feel like they are "unknown friends" and have said many times that I would rather change my vacation time than my vacation place. As I am planning to be there in a couple momths and this is the first time I have used the VRBO service. I have to say I feel honored to be the first one to make a comment. I can't say enough about this place and the view. Just remember it is quaint and whimsical. Enjoy tour stay.
