The Royal Mauian was built on a lava flow with long sandy beaches on each side. These are 2 of Maui's most beautiful beaches, Kamaole I and II. A one minute walk from our Unit to either beach or to the fresh water pool.
Furnished with upgraded amenities not usually found in a rental unit. We renovated and furnished our unit for our families enjoyment. Kitchen features maple cabinetry and granite counters, as do the bathrooms. All floor coverings were replaced in 9/10 and a second 32' LCD TV was installed in the master bedroom.
Tropical furnishings and art make this Unit as memorable as your Maui vacation. Children will love the large container of sand toys and beach equipment, including boogie boards, umbrellas and beach mats. You will also find games and a collection of our grandson's favorite videos.
You will find spices in the cupboards, Irish crystal wine glasses, Mr. Coffee, waffle iron, espresso machine, mixer and blender to make your stay 'feel like home'.
Fall asleep listening to ocean sounds and watch the passing lights in the ocean view Master Suite. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets each night. The middle section location of our unit in the building allows a wide-angle view of the ocean's beauty. We want you to return again and again to enjoy 'Our Maui Paradise'.
A unique feature is the Roof Garden, with 360 degree views, featuring gas BBQ, tables and a complete kitchen for evening dining. It is also available for private time during the day. A furnished picnic basket makes roof top dining easy.

Public tennis courts are only a few blocks away. The Kihei Boat Harbour is 1/3 mile away, and
provides water/boat adventures without driving all the way to Lahaina. World class golf courses are within 15 minute drive. Rental of paddle boards, surf boards and diving/snorkeling equipment across the street. Also activities kiosk.
Good surfing beach is only a short distance up Kihei Road, with rental equipment and instruction available. Golfing is available as close as 2 miles, the Green, Gold and Blue courses in Wailea are only a few minutes drive. Located across the street from Kamaole Center, where there are fast food locations and fine dining, all an easy walk. Boutiques, grocery store and ABC too.

About the owner: My husband and I grew up in North Dakota and always knew there was a warmer place to spend the winters! We discovered Hawaii and Maui 35 years ago, and have been enjoying it ever since. We purchased #316 in 2000 and have had many weeks of wonderful family time in 'Our Maui Home'. Our 2 grandsons have grown up 'going to Maui' each summer with us. We live near San Francisco and highly recommend Maui for family vacations. The Royal Mauian has just the best location and it is not necessary to rent a car.
Why the Owner Chose Royal Mauian:
We went looking 'for the best' when our family made the decision to purchase a condo in Kihei. We found it, after looking at over 125 units all over the Island of Maui. #316 at The Royal Mauian fit all our criteria, the biggest one being we had to SEE the ocean when we opened the front door and had to HEAR the ocean sounds all night long! We spend hours on our lovely lanai, enjoying the view of 3 Islands.....and the turtles that feed on the reef entertain us during breakfast and each night at cocktail time. Our grandsons have grown up going to Maui each year, they enjoy the independence of being able to 'walk' to the beach by themselves, or across the street for a shaved ice or ice cream. The grocery story within easy walking is also enjoyed by Grandma! Daughter enjoys the expresso/coffee kiosk across the street and Grandpa the great 'take out' close by. ABC Market is an easy 1 block walk and many food establishments.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our family loves the shopping center across the street and the ability to have both fine dining and fast food without getting in the car. The 2 beaches on either side, with such easy access, were the final selling point. Being able to watch the famous Maui sunsets each evening and the turtles feeding on the reef in front of the lanai each morning are extra benefits. The Airport is a 20 minute drive and wonderful golf courses are close by in Wailea. The Maui Bus stop is 1/4 block down the street. You can enjoy long walks on the beach going in either direction. Grocery shopping is easy with a natural foods store across the street and ABC and Whalers too. We supply spices for your cooking pleasure in our completely furnished kitchen, you will find everything you need.
