Beautiful unit with an amazing view

We've stayed at this condo many times the past 10 years. This condo is very clean, very comfortable beds, has absolutely everything you need in the kitchen, etc., and has been updated beautifully. We loved eating on the large roof top garden. It has an AMAZING ocean front view where you can see the whales right from the lanai. Its convientely located near both beaches and has a wonderful pool. Another thing I really enjoy about this unit is that the grounds at Royal Mauian are very nice and kept very clean. It also doesn't hurt that my favorite restaurant is directly across the street - Cafe Olei. In face there are many convenient stores directly across the street. The owners are extremely nice people and very easy to deal with. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantasy Views & Maui Dreams

Easy access to the beach. Everything is very close by. The roof top has a beautiful BBQ area, which is also equipped with kitchen for those late night Fish BBQ's. This is the place to be for a perfect sunset. You can snorkel right in front of the Condo, you will definitely run into a few turtles. That was a very fun experience for my wife and family. Parking is easy and Condo grounds are very, very clean. Maui fish Tacos is right across the street. Along with a Nail Place thats out of this world right next door to Subway! Best Maui Trip Ever!!!! The best condo on this fascinating island

We had a great holiday at this wonderful condo in Maui. The view from the lanai was more amazing than I ever expected. I loved sitting in my chair and looking at the beautiful ocean and sky over and over again everyday. The condo was well kept ? absolutely clean and confortable. We had a perfect stay from the moment we walked through the condo door, because it was fully equipped with everything we needed. One other big plus was that the owner was such a nice lady ! She contacted us many times by email and gave us a lot of useful information. I 'm sure that this is the perfect condo for everyone !!

Vacation paradise

We had a great vacation and our condo was a big part of it. The condo was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. And working with the owner was easy. What makes this condo special is the view and proximity to the ocean and beaches. I could literally throw a rock from the balcony and have it land in the ocean. We spent much of our free time on the balcony, enjoying the view. At night, we fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. In a word, it was magnificent. Our friend who lives nearby was even amazed by the condo and the view. If you love the ocean and beach, you won't find a better place to stay in south Maui. We hope to return someday. Perfect Maui condo for our family of four

We spent our first week in Maui here and it was perfect. We have two younger children (7 and 9) so comfort was important to us. Having a spacious condo right on the water, within walking distance to shops and restaurants made life very relaxing for us. It's like they say, "location, location, location" and this condo has it. If you're looking at other properties, make sure you look at them on google cause many are across the highway from the ocean. Where we got to sit on our lanai and enjoy the ocean, others get to enjoy the sights and sounds of traffic on S. Kihei Rd. The condo itself is clean and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated and are great. Our master bedroom opened directly to the lanai and we listened to the ocean every night while falling asleep. The condo was also stocked with a bunch of useful gear like chairs, boogey-boards, towels, cooler, picnic basket, etc, etc. And the views... You have a full 180 degree view of the ocean from the lanai and can see all the local islands - simply spectacular. One feature we really enjoyed was snorkeling the reef just steps from our unit. It's a veritable 'Finding Nemo' down there! Tons of tropical fish and if you get out early in the morning or later in the afternoon, you're sure to spot sea turtles that apparently feed on the reef. It my family's first time snorkeling and was an amazing experience, and so easy. We did take the boat trip to snorkel on Molokini, and while the water was clearer (and the boat ride generally very enjoyable), the quality and quantity of fish you can see on our local reef was as good or even better. Another feature we liked was the rooftop garden with BBQs. I was a little skeptical reading the other reviews but was really impressed when I got there. Four brand new full size grills ready to cook, a sink, fridge and counter space made it very easy to grill or just hang out and enjoy the sunset. Last of all, South Kihei was exactly the right fit for us. We loved being walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. We also really enjoyed the vibe of Kihei which felt very relaxed and 'Hawaiian' to us. We explored some of the larger hotels like the Grand Wailea and they felt like 'Disney-Hawaii' instead of the real thing. Kihei is the way to go. Enjoy your trip!

The location of your lovely condo is just the best....my teen daughters were thrilled with the shops across the street and the freedom of "going to the beach by themselves". Thank you for all the special touches, we enjoyed the waffle iron and the games. The turtles came each morning to entertain us while having our coffee on the lanai.

Great condo, supplied with everything one could hope for a perfect vacation, whether you are honeymooning or bringing your family. Spacious and clean with an unbeatable view and access to as much activity (restaurants, hiking, water sports, shopping), or relaxation (gorgeous pool, two beautiful beaches, and near-by spas) as you desire. My husband and I definitely recommend it!

Another great trip at the Royal Mauian

Previous to finding this unit we have stayed on the 6th floor and others on the 3rd. This is by far the best unit in the building with a centralized view and away from the street (noise). All amenities are very close. Lucy keeps the unit well maintained and clean. We have stayed with her 3 times now and have never been disappointed. Comment Text: We just returned from our first trip to Maui on March 19th(our stay, 10 days.) We had friends stay at the Royal Mauian last year and they recommended it to us. We were not disappointed. Many beautiful sunsets. We were visited twice by a Monk Seal (an endangered species)on the rocks outfront. We saw many migrating whales from the Lahnai and snorkled over turtles and and some lovely fish right outfront. Lots of retaurants, shopping,grocery shopping and gear rentals close by. The beaches are very clean and lovely sand. We were above the pool but it was not noisy. People were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, it was too windy on the days we wanted to BBQ to eat on the roof top but the views were spectacular. The unit was perfect for our family of 4 and nicely updated. The grounds were well groomed and lots of lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean front view or people watch. You can enjoy many long walks on the beaches. Our family would return in a minute.

We have stayed at this unit for the last 4 years and have always had an enjoyable vacation! The condo's location is perfect, because you are not on the beach, you don't get the beach traffic or noise, however, you will not find another condo as close to the ocean as the Royal Mauian. And you are a 1 minute walk from 2 great beaches! Another reason we stay at the Royal Mauian is that is was built a long time ago and the walls are soo thick that you can really never hear your neighbors, and the sunsets on the balcony are worth the price of addmission. We have friends that also rented this unit and have since purchased a unit in the building since they loved the location soo much. I don't think anyone will be disappointed when renting this condo.
