At Majestic Sun. This place is like the Taj Mahal. Except it’s got pools, hot tubs and a great beach. And it’s a lot closer, my friend. Imagine this, you’re sitting out on the balcony enjoying your coffee and watching dolphins play while you’re overlooking the most beautiful beach in the world! Majestic Sun is a perennial favorite here at Miramar Beach in Destin. This place has everything! Views to die for. A gigantic 3200 square foot Gulf front pool. Two hot tubs. A state-of-the-art fitness center. And a tropical setting that makes you forget you didn’t have to travel day and night to get here. And, it’s located at Seascape Resort and Golf Club. What a place. Man is this place something else! Check out the photographs of the décor. And while you’re at it click on the link further down and get Sonny Mann’s slide show! This place is a very trendy beach look! Really comfortable. You know you’re at the beach. But what’s perfect about it is the view! Look at the photos and see what kind of views you get from the living room! Man, what a spot! And you can even see the beach from the kitchen. How about that!
The living room is big and comfortable. With a queen sleeper for extra bed space! And entertainment center, with a big TV. And a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD players lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wander to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, the views.
Check out the master bedroom. Huge king size bed with a beautiful curved headboard. Look at the wall colors. What a great space. Soothing. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep. Really makes a statement. It’s really spacious. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. The Master Bath has a full glass walk in shower and a really large tub to soak the day away, if you’re done on the beach.
The 2nd Master's got a big king size bed and it's own bath. Cool huh!?!. Big TV too.
The 3rd bedroom's got two double beds. Room for 4! How about that !?! Even has it's own entry into the 3rd bath. Man this is livin'!
The kitchen is a beauty. It’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches, you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The dining area has a big table for six, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. No kid’s table here.
The laundry area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for at least 10 with 3 complete full baths.

The condo is in rough condition and not very clean. Be warned, the description doesn't mention all of the boogers like: *sliding door handles broke *shower plumbing drains very slow...so your standing in a pool of dirty water most of the time *furniture upholstery & linens are very dirty *carpeting is filthy *mattresses are old & uncomfortable (they should have been replaced about 10 yrs ago) *tv remote doesn't work (master bedroom) *large electrical pole, wires, & switch blocking your view *only a hodge podge of dishes & utensiles (they don't match and there isn't enough...we had to eat breakfast cereal out of baking pans) If you want the bare minimum beach front condo, you have found it. Overall this condo has been "rode hard and left out wet" I liked dealing with Best Beach Getaways until i got to the room......but if this is the type of condo that they will rent out without warning.....then I won't be back. ....and in general Majestic Sun is going down hill (the pool had caution tape blocking off sections for days, maintenance is minimal, etc.)

My family recently stayed in this condo. The inside of the condo was very spacious and well furnished, although the 2nd master actually had two doubles, not queens. We were very disappointed upon initially seeing the views - there is a powerline transformer box right in front the window. If you look from the kitchen, it's not noticable, but it's smack dab within view from the living room and balcony. The powerlines and box block the views to the left. Also, the pictures portray that this condo is on the beach. It's not; instead you have to walk across the road. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The inside of the condo was great! We just felt that we should have been informed of the powerline transformer blocking the view.
