Walk to a myriad of wonderful ethnic, seafood, and American restaurants and shopping. Ride our provided bikes on the miles and miles of ocean-front and bay-front boardwalk. Watch the pelicans skimming the waves in formation and catch a glimpse of dolphin playing in the surf.
This high end luxury condo was just beautifully remodeled in March 2009. Each bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV and an ocean view! One bathroom has a walk in shower and the other has a tub/shower combination. High quality sheets and towels, hair dryer, iron, alarm clocks.
Flat screen TV with cable and DVD, high speed cable internet with Wi-Fi, iPod docking station. Top-of-the-line Sealy queen sofa-sleeper with 5 inch mattress and tilt up feature for reading or watching TV in bed. Why the Owner Chose Other San Diego Properties
San Diego has the best year-round weather in the entire nation! Like the song says: "It never rains in sunny California." Well, almost never, anyway and the ocean keeps the climate very temperate.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We never tire of watching the waves and the action on the boardwalk below. We love seeing the occasional dolphins playing in the surf, the pelicans flying in formation, the seabirds scurrying in and out searching for sand crabs between waves and especially the sunsets! We both enjoy walking with our toes in the cool damp sand and jogging and riding bikes on the miles and miles of oceanfront boardwalk. There is such a variety of restaurants in this area; every ethnic restaurant you can think of, fresh seafood, BBQ'd ribs, steak, and all reasonably priced.
Crystal Pier is an extension of Garnet Ave, the main street of Pacific Beach. Lots of restaurants in this area including Kono's on the beach, every kind of ethnic food, BBQ ribs, seafood, hamburgers.
Amusement Park with carousel, historical wooden roller coaster and other rides, "The Plunge" indoor Olympic-sized swimming pool heated to 83 open to public and built in 1925; "The Wave."

The bikes were bought brand new this summer and the owners who live two blocks away try to keep them in excellent shape so I can not understand this comment except for adjusting the seat.

This Ocean Point Condo is the newest addition to Nancy's Vacation Rentals and I am very proud to have it in my group of beautiful panoramic view waterfront condos.
