Watch the pelicans skimming the waves in formation and catch a glimpse of dolphin playing in the surf.
This high end luxury condo was just beautifully remodeled in March 2009. Each bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV and an ocean view! One bathroom has a walk in shower and the other has a tub/shower combination. High quality sheets and towels, hair dryer, iron, alarm clocks.

Why the Owner Chose Pacific Beach
Many years later a unit finally became available for sale in the corner stack on the south end, the best location in the whole complex. We wanted a specific unit, with the two bedroom suites on the ocean front, most have the bedroom in the back, which is very dark, noisy & closed in. This unit has views of the Pacific from each room, it is very light, airy & full of the surf sounds. This condo with the 180 degree coastline views, it's fun to see so many activities, such as surfers, kiteboarders, rollerbladers, bikers, joggers, sailors, boogies boarders, etc. right from the windows. San Diego weather is why we pay the high prices for real estate, it is a comfortable Mediterranean like climate year around. This condo is the best unit in the building. Someday we hope to retire from our Architecture & Design business, and move back into Ocean Pt. But until then we set it up for you "The Most Wonderful Vacation Rental"- you won't want to leave, so book it for a month, while you can!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love waking up to the sounds of the surf, glance out at the waves, just as the sun is rising - there is a pink glow reflecting off the Ocean. With full on water views, and floor to ceiling windows, I can see Sunsets everyday, as the sun moves North & down South along the coast all year around. Having a swimming pool & jacuzzi hot tub right in the same complex is a real joy, & very unique for Ocean Front. If the beach is cool one day, we have a large sun patio in the back of the building. This is a great place to BBQ & entertain friends. Being on the North end of the busy beach, it is quieter and more family oriented. It's nice to have underground parking, with a designated spot for my auto. The famous Boardwalk runs right in front of the building, we love to bike the many trails, walk to restaurants, and rarely ever drive out of Pacific Beach. Everything is right within walking distance, as long as you don't buy too many groceries at one time. There is an elevator too.

We hope you truly love our Beach Home that we just remodeled for you, as a Luxury Vacation Rental! It has a cozy warm feel, decorated with Turquoise and Chocolate colors. We installed granite in the kitchen along with Stainless. We met here at Ocean Pt. Condos on the grassy knoll overlooking the Pacific Ocean back in 1988. That 4th of July we sat out front, watching the fireworks over the ocean - spectacular! At that time we were just neighbors living in the same complex, a building with the best ocean views, steps to the sand. But as the love story goes, we both felt that magical energy between us that night. As we walked the beach over the next several months, getting to know each other, we realized we both were in love, not only with each other but also this location. A year later we married, and vowed that we not only wanted to stay living by the Pacific Beach Ocean, in wonderful San Diego, we wanted to save enough money to buy a unit in this building on the oceanfront.

Today we went to Sea World (3 miles away) while our friends went to the Zoo. We came back and walked to Garnet St. for dinner/sushi. Came back and took a hot tub. And now we're kick in' it in the living room, playing games, eating chocolate and strawberries, and watching a movie on TV. We appreciated the cleanliness, fresh towels, 3 TVs, quality furniture, bikes, private bedrooms split by the living room, and did we mention the Awesome location?!! See you again! Great View, great place - thanks!! Loved seeing the beautiful sunsets each night, the perfect weather each day & all the fun things to do & see - the marshmallow fight among 100's of people on the 4th of July at OB was hysterical! Torrey Pines (and Sea World) were my favorite spots that we visited... so many (too many) things to mention - loved 'em all. Sad to Leave - Kim McCann, Exton, PA

Loved the location, cannot beat the view and the close beach below. The unit was very comfortable for us and our 2 small kids. Very clean, new furniture. All the kitchen things we needed. The booking/payment and information transactions were easy. There were tons of restaurants/coffee shops/grocery nearby. Secure building. Quiet location outside, but abit of building noise from tenants above (ok after bedtime). We used the pool and hottub and no one else was ever there! The bikes were not in great shape and could not adjust the seats without a wrench (got one at bike store nearby). Would definitely rent again.
Owner response:The bikes were bought brand new this summer and the owners who live two blocks away try to keep them in excellent shape so I can not understand this comment except for adjusting the seat.

We just spent a week in the condo. It was everything we were promised and more. Actually the pictures dont do it justice. Listening to the ocean all night was absolutely wonderful. We will definately be going back. It is a great set-up for two couples. It really could not have been better! Thanks Nancy.
