Great place, great view, the appartament is new, nice and clean and we definitely recommend it. We really enjoy to saty there

Loved the location, cannot beat the view and the close beach below. The unit was very comfortable for us and our 2 small kids. Very clean, new furniture. All the kitchen things we needed. The booking/payment and information transactions were easy. There were tons of restaurants/coffee shops/grocery nearby. Secure building. Quiet location outside, but abit of building noise from tenants above (ok after bedtime). We used the pool and hottub and no one else was ever there! The bikes were not in great shape and could not adjust the seats without a wrench (got one at bike store nearby). Would definitely rent again.

Owner response: The bikes were bought brand new this summer and the owners who live two blocks away try to keep them in excellent shape so I can not understand this comment except for adjusting the seat.

We just spent a week in the condo. It was everything we were promised and more. Actually the pictures dont do it justice. Listening to the ocean all night was absolutely wonderful. We will definately be going back. It is a great set-up for two couples. It really could not have been better! Thanks Nancy.

This was the first time we rented from Nancy and everything went perfectly. Nancy was highly professional and especially pleasant to deal with. The rental unit has incredible views from every room and is in a great location, being within walking distance to stores, restaurants, bars, gym, etc. The unit was spotless and also came with beach chairs and bicycles. The garage was a special bonus as it otherwise would be very difficult to park near the ocean. It was especially nice to walk out the front door of the building and immediately be on the boardwalk, which went for miles. I have nothing but nice things to say about both Nancy and this condo unit. Thanks for everything, Nancy.

Thank you for sharing your home. It's been 10 years since vacationing at Pacific Beach and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Everything was perfect and we will be booking another visit soon. This location is the best in the area, safe, secure and easy access to the beach. The views are absolutely the best from every room in the condo! Sleep with the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves relaxing you. Only problem was we hated to leave. The beach chairs were an added plus, we used them every day. Thanks again.

This was the first time renting from Nancy and we would do it again. The rental process was straightforward and the charges to our credit card as expected. About 4 days before our arrival we not only received email instructions, but also listings of restraunts, grocery stores/pharmacies, local attractions, and hospitals. Nancy also sent a webiste link for coupons to local attractions. This was a great bonus! The condo was clean and nicely furnished. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and toys to use during our stay. The sofa sleeper was suprisingly comfortable too! We used the internet connection alot, had no trouble using the shared laundry facilities, pool, and hot tub. The building was well kept and quiet. The view from the condo is spectacular and the beach was only a couple minute walk for even our 3 small children. Our family was also able to walk to many restraurants from the condo as well (note there are many bars within walking distance too). The secured underground parking was easy and a must for this area. In summary we have no hesitations in recommending Nancy or this condo.

Great View, great place - thanks!! Loved seeing the beautiful sunsets each night, the perfect weather each day & all the fun things to do & see - the marshmallow fight among 100's of people on the 4th of July at OB was hysterical! Torrey Pines (and Sea World) were my favorite spots that we visited... so many (too many) things to mention - loved 'em all. Sad to Leave - Kim McCann, Exton, PA

Today we went to Sea World (3 miles away) while our friends went to the Zoo. We came back and walked to Garnet St. for dinner/sushi. Came back and took a hot tub. And now we're kick in' it in the living room, playing games, eating chocolate and strawberries, and watching a movie on TV. We appreciated the cleanliness, fresh towels, 3 TVs, quality furniture, bikes, private bedrooms split by the living room, and did we mention the Awesome location?!! See you again! Hi and thank you for taking the time to look for guest comments. It shows you are a savvy, careful shopper and I admire that! This Ocean Point Condo is the newest addition to Nancy's Vacation Rentals and I am very proud to have it in my group of beautiful panoramic view waterfront condos. The owners are both architects and the wife is also an interior designer. They just remodeled and furnished it in March 2009 and are offering to share their lovely second home with you. I'm sure you will thoroughly enjoy this peaceful, well run condo building and amazing condo with the views from every room!
