You will love our charming cottage on Sunset Beach. Located on the eastern end of this quaint, family-friendly island, directly on the dunes, the ocean views are spectacular and a wide sandy beach is a few steps away.
The lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront half duplex has a fabulous location and many upgrades. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, and is perfect for families. New owners have upgraded the bathrooms, installed new wood floors throughout, activated free wireless internet, and installed a 42” HD plasma TV in the living area. The house also has an iPod-compatible sound system, and all bedrooms have televisions and DVDs. The master bedroom opens to an upper level, ocean front deck with breathtaking views of the sunrise and the midnight sky, and features a queen bed and a day bed with two single mattresses. The other upstairs bedroom has twin beds. The bedroom on the main level has a queen bed and its own porch.. The lower deck is accessible from the living room, and provides a covered seating and dining area with expansive views of the ocean and the beach. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans. There is a complete supply of glassware and silverware. The backyard has an installed charcoal grill and outdoor shower.
The island of Sunset Beach is convenient to 100 Grand Strand golf courses, grocery stores, putt-putt courses and numerous restaurants and beach shopping. Guests interested in more entertainment or nightlife are only 30 minutes from Myrtle Beach, SC.
