Our newly renovated (October 2009) Sanibel Island condo is as close to the Gulf as you can get. It is a ground floor unit right on the beach. Exit the lanai and you’re on the sand! You have a view of the Gulf from the lanai, living room, kitchen or any window in the unit.
The unit is spacious, with two bedrooms/two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and lanai. It was fully updated in the summer of 2009 to include granite countertops throughout, new floor tiles, all new furnishing and decoration in keeping with a beach setting. It can accommodate six, with a king bed, two twin beds and a deluxe high rise queen air bed.
A grill is located just outside the front door. Heated pool and tennis court are a few steps away. We use this unit and take pride in maintaining its comfort and upkeep. The exterior of the complex was recently renovated and updated. We hope you will become our guests soon and enjoy our little piece of Island paradise.
