Beautifully renovated two bedroom apartment with large terrace in the heart of Dubrovnik. Idyllically quiet location on a narrow street with no through traffic, but with the sites and amenities of the historic Old Town on your doorstep. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens and living-room with doors leading to a huge private outdoor terrace (a rare find in the Old Town!). Pull-out couch in the living-room.
Apartment can also be separated into a one bedroom and studio apartment(the studio and the one bedroom apartment have separate hallway entrances, but also are connected via an internal door that can be locked). The studio has a spacious living/dining room with queen sized bed, modern kitchen area and separate bathroom.

We would highly recommend this property. It is situated inside the walled city of Dubrovnik and is clean, well-equipped and, obviously, in a great location. The terrace was amazing and a wonderful spot for breakfast or an evening glass of wine. We shared it with our friends and it was very comfortable and quiet. The owner and his father were very helpful in answering questions and giving recommendations. A wonderful stay!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

Apart from the location and the terrace this apartment was a disappointment. We rented two other properties while traveling through Croatia which were immaculate, unfortunately this was not the case here. Before we could enjoy the city we had to clean the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen cabinets were disgustingly dirty, my hands stuck to the utensil drawer handle it was so sticky. We had to wash all the dishes and throw out old food and sour milk from the refrigerator. The toilet was awful and the toilet roll holder looked as though it had spent the night in a bad bar!! We did not walk around barefoot during our entire stay. Supposedly the owners mother usually cleans but she was sick - she must have been sick for a long time for it to get this bad. He claims there was a cleaning crew in before our arrival, they must have been in a different apartment. There were however plenty of clean sheets and towels. Just a note - wear your walking shoes in Dubrovnik, it's VERY up and down!!

My husband and I and our two young boys (ages 2 and 4) stayed in this apartment for a week in August. The location couldn't be better - right in the middle of old town, walking distance to everything interesting in Dubrovnik. It was relatively quiet, though the restaurant next door had garbage and glass bottle "pick-up" at 6am every morning which was somewhat loud. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. We spent most of the time in the "studio" side - there was more room to eat at the table/kitchen. The kitchen in the apartment side was quite cluttered and the oven billowed with black smoke when we turned it on. However, 2/4 burners in the studio side did not work. That said, the kitchens sufficed for the limited cooking we did. We ate breakfast, some lunches, and one dinner in. We wanted to try the various restaurants for the remaining meals. The owners were very gracious, offering cereal, fruit and even chocolate bars for the trip home for my boys. We were picked up promptly both coming/going to the airport by a known taxi driver and given very good directions and instructions on the layout of the old town. We were checked on during our stay to ensure everything was going okay. The terrace was fantastic. A huge umbrella offered shade and it had a good afternoon breeze to cool off. We hung all our wet stuff (bathing suits, towels, shoes, etc) outside on the many clotheslines to dry. My only complaint would be about the cleanliness and clutter. My allergies suffered greatly because of all the dust and it seemed like there was a lot of "extra stuff" all over. We cleaned the floors very well when we packed up to go home, and when I shook the area rugs and door mats out, it was like dust from a decade flew out. The sheets on the beds and the towels were no doubt clean. So, if you can get over the thick layer of dust on every surface, you'll be fine. The closest beach is about a 15 minute walk. We took our youngest in a stroller without much trouble. There was just one flight of stairs (a big flight!) down to the rocks/water. Most restaurants could be reached via a short walk or stroller ride. "Restaurant row" was up one flight of stairs. But nothing is too far away if you stay within old town. We recommend staying here if you visit Dubrovnik. If we ever come back, we'll rent here again!

My parents, 18-month old son and I stayed at this apartment from June 2-7 and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in the middle of the old town but not very loud because it's on a dead-end street (restaurant next door was usually pretty quiet and no crowds cutting through) and the amazing terrace was a perfect retreat from the mid-day crowds and heat. The kitchens are very well stocked (pots and pans, sponges, soap, paper towels, oils and vinegar, flour, sugar, etc.) and we cooked almost all meals and enjoyed them on the terrace. The owners were the most wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home and even brought us bananas and toys for my son and we had a real glimpse into life in Dubrovnik. Bathrooms were also well stocked with shampoo, soap, etc. and plenty of towels. We were picked up at the clock tower and showed us where to find groceries and spent a lot of time explaining everything in the apartment so we had no difficulties finding anything or using any of the appliances. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Dubrovnik (see below: I am not recommending it to people with physical disabilities as Dubrovnik has many steps and slippery stone and it was difficult/impossible to get around with a stroller so it is also not a great city for very small children).

This apartment is in an excellent location. It is within the walled city of Dubrovnik and is conveniently located to everything (shopping, restaurants, etc). We were happy to have found this little treasure in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
