Our smoke free, pet free home has been remodeled for the 2009 season with new flooring, fresh paint, and new furnishings. A large partially covered deck is a great place for outdoor dining and sunbathing, and a large lawn offers room for your family BBQ’s and outdoor games.
A 2008 golf cart is furnished as a courtesy by the owner for guest 21 years or older.
**A signed golf cart agreement is required.**
- LIVING ROOM: New full-size wrap around sofa with full size sleeper and recliner, new flat-screen TV with satellite and built-in DVD. There is also a library of family DVD's and board games. All linens for sofa bed are in a lovely trunk that also serves as a coffee table. Ceiling fan.
- KITCHEN: Full-size kitchen with dining area seats 4 with 2 bar stools for added seating at the counter. There is a double pantry cabinet, full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, new coffee pot, new baking pans and frying pans in various sizes. Pots and pans in various sizes; electric fry pan, toaster oven, hand mixer and can opener; new utensils and cooking gadgets, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, platters, dishes, glasses, new silverware and odds-and-ends that are useful in the kitchen are available.
- BATHROOM: This bathroom has a large step-in shower with vanity sink and washer/dryer, iron/ironing board; and hairdryer.
- HALL BATHROOM: tub/shower combination with a vanity sink.
- BEDROOM #1: Full-size bed, night stand w/ lamp and alarm clock radio, built-in drawers with large double closets. Ceiling fan.
- BEDROOM #2: New bunk bed with full-size bed at bottom and twin bed on top. Chest-of-drawers in closet.
- DECK: Completely restored and finished. Covered area with ceiling fan for eating and relaxing. Open deck area has seating for sunbathing, reading, and people watching.
- CART HOUSE: Golf cart, charcoal grill, bicycle, football, Frisbees, and beach gear available for your use.
- YARD: Picnic table and room to play!

*CLEANING/RULES: Cleaning products, along with vacuum cleaner and mop, are provided for you to clean at departure. All linens must be washed and dried at departure. You will need to provide your own bath soaps, detergents, and paper products.
* GOLF CART RULES*: A licensed driver 21-years or older; there is ZERO tolerance for violations; security does patrol the area 24/7; if you receive a violation you will lose your deposit and will be fined $50 by Ocean Lakes and lose golf cart privileges.
Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, gated and patrolled community. All guests must abide by their rules and regulations. Upon arrival you will need to register your vehicle with the Ocean Lakes office (at main entrance) and pay $3/day (current rate may change). Pre-registration form can be sent to get in and avoid the waiting line.
