  • Excellent location and nice new condo. The condo unit is on the ground floor making it a great choice for those wanting direct pool and beach access. The unit accomodates two couples nicely. The kitchen is a bit small but not a big deal to us as we prefer not to do a lot of cooking while on vacation. Washer and dryer, tv in master bedroom, bottled water provided upon arrival and manager on site. This condo is a short walk south of the Omnni which makes its location ideal if staying in Puerto Aventuras. Easy to walk to the marina either via the beach or paved roadway. Owners were easy to deal with and communicated via phone and email. Go, have fun and ejoy some of that Mexican sun!
