We just came back from a few days staying in this unit at Waterscape. Waterscape has lots of wonderful pools for children. Our children, 5 and 2, played all day in the pools and loved it. It was a short walk past the pools to the beach. Unfortunately, the seaweed was all over the ocean but the beach was still beautiful. This is a nice area close to Destin and property is very nice. This unit was ok. It was very clean but the beds were very uncomfortable and sofa wasn't much better. It was roomy enough for our family but needed some extra pillows and decor to make it a bit more homey. I would stay at Waterscape again in a minute but not in this particular unit. It would have been nice to have more information about the layout of the resort in the condo, for instance where the trash chute and pools are located. Also, it would have been nice to have an idea of what you would need to bring with you to the condo, toilet paper and dish soap for example. We have stayed a number of times in condos in the destin area and there have always been basic cleaning supplies handy in case of spills. The only thing I could find in this unit was a broom and vacuum and enough detergent to start a load of laundry.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
