This is a lovely home that is beautifully decorated and includes upgraded finishes. The home is very spacious and had plenty of room for our family. There are sea views from most of the rooms, which makes this home very special! The patio is quite large and an enjoyable place to sit and relax or enjoy an outdoor meal. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience staying in Kathy's home. I highly recommend it! You will not be disappointed! I'd also like to add that the neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained. We found the neighbors to be friendly and one offered suggestions for a hiking trail that goes around Dana Point. The beach is a short pleasant walk. We were in Dana Point for our son's wedding so did not have a ton of time for sight-seeing, but we did love the area. The merchants were helpful and friendly. (I highly recommend McCool flowers. They provided beautiful centerpieces for our rehearsal dinner and the staff was able to suggest a nail salon and a dry cleaners). I hope we can return to Dana Point and stay in this lovely home again!

This lovely home, in a quiet residential neighborhood, makes a perfect base for southern Calif adventures. We enjoyed day trips east to the desert and interesting old western towns, including Julien and Temecula. The outlets at Lake Elsinore are a great escape from morning coastal fog and the drive over the Ortega Hwy is very pretty. We took the Coast Hwy to LA and Long Beach and all the tourist sites. Nearby beach town of Laguna Beach is a perfect spot to join the locals on a Sunday afternoon. The house at Dana Point has everything you could possibly need to have a perfect vacation. We thoroughly our enjoyed our week there and felt very much at home. We especially loved the huge terrace patio and barbeque! Kathy is a perfect hostess and a pleasure to communicate this. Would love to return.

Lovely well maintained clean property with great amenities. It was a fantastic house to spend our holiday at.The owner was helpful and great to deal with. Dana Point has a great harbour with some nice restaurants and interesting shops. The kids enjoyed the Whale watching trip and seeing the seals and dolphins in the harbour. Dana Point is a good location to be in to visit attractions in both San Diego and Los Angeles.Although most of our time was spent at the local beaches ! I would recommend this property and its location , to both friends and family.

Our family spent a wonderful week at this lovely townhouse in Dana Point. It was a perfect location for all the many activities found in Orange County. Kathy was delightful and answered our many questions. She has made this home so comfortable with everything needed. The ocean view is incredible and the nearby beach makes it very difficult to leave. We would visit here again in a minute!

Our family just returned from a wonderful 2 week vacation and we loved every minute. Kathy was very great in helping with all the arrangements. The moment my husband and kids walked through the front door, they all said, "Wow!" The views of the ocean are spectacular!! We immediately opened the glass doors and the incredible cool breeze came right in!! Your home was so clean and beautifully decorated. Anyone wanting a great beach house experience should not think twice about this one! We loved it and want to thank you for another cherished family memory!!

Spent a beautiful weekend here in mid January. The views are wonderful - this is the first time I've stayed anywhere where I could see the ocean (not to mention Catalina Island) when I opened my eyes in the morning - without so much as lifting my head from the pillow. Everything was in perfect condition, the area was quiet and peaceful, and the best of beach and recreation areas, restaurants and shopping were all within a few minutes in any direction. The night view includes the lights of Laguna Beach and Newport Beach to the north and San Clemente to the south and are beautiful from the patio and spa. The kitchen is well stocked for those who prefer to eat in and one can find all the amenities of home that may be wanted or needed. Plenty of space in the three bedrooms and living areas. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. Would definitely return.
