Located closest to the beach in all of Naples with gulf views from living room and both bedrooms. All open onto a lanai which runs the length of the condo. Enjoy nightly sunsets or enjoy the beach from the privacy of your home. Newly acquired, this unit is newly furnished in a carribean style.
Fifth floor unit in 8 floor building. Intimate building is never crowded. Only the pool is between you and the beach. It is a corner unit (southwest exposure) bright and sunny all day. The master bedroom has a side lanai where you can enjoy bay views and sunrises which gently awaken you every morning to start your day. Barbeque by the pool and use computers in social room to surf the internet or wireless on your own computer. There is a brand new fitness room as well. The side lanai with its cross ventilation gives cool gulf breezes better than air conditioning.
The venetian village is a short walk away with Fifth Ave shops and restaurants minutes away. This unit has it all. It is an adult buiding with a 55 and over age requirement and 3 month minimum on rentals.
