This three bedroom 3 bath unit has never before been rented. It has been professionally decorated by David Walker of Richard Tubbs Interiors with custom furniture and accessories throughout. The living room has an array of comfortable seating with functional accent pieces. An entertainment center accommodates a TV and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all you’ll need when the day calls for eating in. The dining table has a glass top and seats five in cushioned parsons chairs.
The master bed is queen-sized with inviting linens, a cozy spread with oversized pillows and its own access to the private balcony. The armoire houses a TV and a DVD player. The sizable master bath has two vanities and a jetted tub. Each of the two guest bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds as well as TV's and DVD players. Each quest bedroom has it’s own full size bath.
A table with four chairs and a lounger are the furnishings on the private balcony. This affords ample seating to enjoy the amazing scenery; the pristine white sandy beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

You’ll enjoy full membership privileges at the Clubhouse located between the four towers: for a $15 fee per condo per day in season and $10 per day per condo in the off season. It houses a full service European Spa and Salon for those days when you want to spend a little time being pampered, The Palm Restaurant and Bar with some of the finest cuisine on the Gulf Coast and a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the Gulf. The Fitness room is spacious with a variety of exercise equipment from free weights to Treadmills that will enhance any exercise program and a heated indoor pool for a relaxing swim all year round.
The Village Center has everything you’ll need or want during your stay at the Beach Club. It has been designed so that everything is close by for your convenience. The Village Market and Grille offers breakfast, pizzas, sandwiches as well as a salad bar and a considerable supply of grocery items for everyone’s taste to stock your pantry or your cooler.
From hand-dipped ice cream and fruit smoothies to gourmet coffee and magazines, Candy and Cones is an old-fashioned soda fountain and coffee shop that carries a little bit of everything for everyone. You’ll not want to miss perusing through the Village Mercantile for that perfect souvenir to take home. They also have an array of beach themed fashions for the entire family and any type of beach accessory that you can think of.
