Located among many of the island's nicest homes in the highly desirable south beach section of Avalon, it is convenient to both Avalon and Stone Harbor’s upscale shops and restaurants.
Enjoy ocean sunrises from the Great Room and watch magnificent bay-side sunsets from the adjoining 3rd floor Observatory Deck. Lounge on the large Entertainment Deck with a book or swing in the deck hammock while taking in ocean views. Cool down on the screened-in porch off the Master Bedroom or start your day on the front porch reading the paper and greeting walkers and joggers passing by. Or how about finishing off your day at the beach using the outside shower that runs both hot and cold water!
For entertainment there is a multi-room sound system, a high-definition wide screen TV and a high-speed internet system with a new PC.

We would highly recommend this home. Our family loved the close proximity to the beach as well as downtown Stone Harbor and Avalon. There was ample room plus the interior decor was fabulous with remarkable attention to detail --- everyday we remarked upon something new. We enjoy cooking and truly appreciated having all of the tools necessary to put a gourmet meal on the table.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. It is decorated marvelously - we wish we could call it our home! Many many great memories of Avalon.
