Our family met at Serenity for a week long stay. The owners really DO mean that everything is provided as there was plenty of everything that we needed...beach towels, a stocked spice rack, enough paper products to last the week, etc. Just bring your clothes, toiletries and groceries. Serenity is cozy, very comfortable, has an amazing screened porch, perfect "beachy" decor, and is very spacious. The layout of the home was perfect for us, as each of the 3 bedrooms is private. Our oldest daughter has a 2 year old and 3 month old and we never even heard the baby crying at night from their room. The beach walk is just across the street from the driveway and a short stroll to the beach, the children's playground, bike rentals, alligator and turtle pond, tennis and swim center is a short stroll in the opposite direction so we were perfectly situated. The owners' go out of their way to make everything perfect, from the home being very clean to providing an assortment of magazines and books. We loved our week and will return...which is the best review a home can have:-) Deb in Hot Springs, NC

Rented a boat for a day and walking to Morgan Creek Grill in the evening it was just perfect! Truely a home away from home! Beautiful surroundings, a short walk to the beach and every convenience imaginable. Many thanks for providing a place to call Home!

We love playing tennis everyday, hitting golf balls at the range, and playing a few rounds of golf! We absolutely loved the screened-in-porch and dining alfresco, reading and napping clearly a favorite spot of the week!!! We ABSOLUTELY LOVE the HOSPITALITY you have provided us this week. Truely the best of everything, from comfy beds, plush towels, great beach chairs any and everything we could have wanted. THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND COMFORT - EXQUISITE!!!! Thank-you so much!!!!!

We have been to several areas of the S.C. - Ga. coast before, but really enjoyed the beauty and history of the Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island! The BEACH was fantastic!!! We loved the decor and warmth of your beachhome. The front and rear porcches were wonderful to relax on, especially the hammock! Thanks for your special touches with beautiful flower arrangements.

We have toddlers and a little one and we loved playing on the beach. The beachhouse and the beach so the close proximity to the beach was perfect so we took turns babysitting and playing outside. It was just perfect! The Pavilion pools we loved along with the spacious screened-in-porch and we loved the hammock in it! We love your beachhouse, it feels like HOME! Thank-you for sharing this wonderful place with us! We hope to be back soon!

This beachhouse was awesome you have thought of everything that your guest may need. It rained one afternoon but we enjoyed relaxing on the porch and had "happy hour" to the sound of rain on the tin roof! We are so glad we found you! Thank-you for so graciously for sharing your beautiful Beach House. You made us feel so welcome and provided more than everything we would ever need. Your home was so well equipped, we didn't need a thing! We loved walking that beautiful beach! We felt very happy here, refreshed and relaxed! Loved to cook in your kitchen and grill out, using the WIFI, swinging on the front porch swing, loved the screened-in-porch and lots of good Charleston area books while here. Really enjoyed dinner in Charleston, Walking Tour of Charleston (superb!), visiting Art Museums, Historical Mansions, visiting the Hunley Submarine, shopping on King Street and golfing here on the Island!!!! Loved your Pink Beachhouse so much! Loved the beautiful Isle of Palms and the glorious sunsets on the beach! Toured the Sullivans Island Lighthouse, the Yorktown and Metal of Honor Museum on it. Shopping in downtown Charleston, dining in wonderful reasurants and loving the historical homes and churches in the Holy City. Walking your huge beach and collecting shells, watching the ships out at Sea come into the Harbor of Charleston! Reading Charleston books on your wonderful porch while husband grilled out on your patio! A home by the Sea how sweet it is!!! Thank-you so much for sharing your piece of Heaven!

What a warm personal welcome you bring when arriving to "SERENITY- BY-THE-SEA"!!! Its truly the best, especially all the explanation about the features in the house. What really BLEW ME AWAY was how well all the amenities and kitchen items you have. I didn't need to bring them from home!!! THIS IS BETTER THAN A 5 STAR RITZ CARLTON AND FAIRMONT HOTEL. We have been coming to Charleston since 1992 but your home is the most beautiful and cozy especially with the yard set up and porches!!!

Your beautiful home met our EXPECTATIONS and EXCEEDED it!!! WOW, you talk about true Southern Hospitality this was the finest. We both felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Your special touches, flowers, coffee & etc. shows how much you care. The back porch will make you un-wind and relax in a very serene way only ones who have had the previlage to be here could understand!!!!

WE enjoyed your BEACH HOME immensely! The fresh flowers were beautiful from your yard! The beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagon were very handy and a real plus. We ate every meal on the screened-in-porch and my Son slept in the hammock one night! Loved the sunset cruise on the Schooner Pride, walking tours of Charleston and of course the BEACH!!!!

A fantastic home away from home! We loved walking on the beach, tennis, wandering through the area. Sunset Eco-Tours, fine dining on the Island. This was the PERFECT place to celebrate Mama's 87th birthday with our family on the huge screened-in-porch! The BEACH, BEACH was wonderful!!! Todd and Linda provided Southern Hospitality in a warm, cozy, inviting environment. They have created a home away from home for relaxation and rest. It has veen a perfect vacation because of their thoughtful and creative gesters. The beach cart, chairs, umbrella and toy buckets were a blessing! The kids also enjoyed participating in the Wild Dunes children activities. We can't thank them enough and praise this home enough!

Location, Location Ocean so close with a cul de sac and croquet court yard for kids to play and ride bikes. The trails for the bikes around the Island were great! Loved the beach and built some great sand castles with our kids. Lots of friendly people. So glad we were able to stay in "Serenity-by-the-Sea"! We were able to relax and catch up on some much needed family time!
