Tranquility awaits, and that is why we call our unit Tranquility Bay. Welcome to our beautiful beach Condo at Navy Cove Harbor on the serene Fort Morgan peninsula. Enjoy our tastefully decorated, nicely appointed 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo (built in 2006). You will enjoy two swimming pools, 2 spas and your very own boat slip if you chose to bring or rent a boat. Be prepared to relax!!
Because you contacted me (owner) directly, I will eliminate all the "junk" fees normally charged by the large property management firms in Gulf Shores. Gone are all commissions, processing fees, and exorbitant house cleaning fees. I want you to feel the value you're getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! I pride myself on my many repeat customers, and I want you to tell all of your family and friends about your positive experience with our property.
We have electronic locks, so you do not have to worry about locking yourself or your kids out! We give you an easy access code that only you and your family will know! Our unit comes equipped with 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and twin bunk beds. We also have an ottoman that converts into a single bed. The home features tile and hardwood floors, 3 TVs, CD/HD DVD player, high speed wireless/wired internet access, cable television, and free long distance in the USA! We have gone to extraordinary lengths to think of everything anyone could possibly want for the perfect beach vacation. Your comfort is our most important priority, and that is why we also provide beautiful handmade soaps for your enjoyment. This home sleeps 8 people comfortably.
Navy Cove sits just steps from the Gulf and is right on Mobile Bay. It has wonderful views of the Gulf, the Bay, and a wildlife preserve from all the living areas. You’ll see dolphins swimming near shore everyday, too!
For golfers in the group, Navy Cove is located 5 miles from the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club, a winner of numerous Golf Digest awards. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.
Please come and join us for the sand, surf, and fun! The beaches are magnificent, the golf is spectacular, and the restaurants are terrific. There is truly an activity for every member of the family. Our unit is a wonderful home and we would love to share it with you.
My property rental fee includes everything except a nominal cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is $85-$100 (depending on number of guests) and it is paid directly to the housekeeper (just leave a check for her on the counter when you leave). Zero mark-ups. It includes all towels and linens and the use of all of the things in the house, such as beach umbrellas, fishing poles, boogie boards and beach chairs. A $100 damage waiver is required insurance to protect you in the event of any mishaps and is fully refundable following an exit inventory conducted by the housekeeper. I prefer personal or cashiers checks. For your convenience, I can accept PayPal (and credit cards through PayPal). If you choose this option, please add a 3% surcharge to the total.

Mid Summer Beach Trip 2011

We had an incredible time! This is the first time we stayed all the way on the west side of the penisula in Fort Morgan. Actually we liked it MUCH better than the more crowed and rowdy Gulf Shores end. I have two young boys 8 and 12yrs and they had a blast! Idalia has this property well equipped for a family of young to teenage children. There are beach toys, buckets, paddle balls, beach chairs, beach towels, and even jelly fish sting kits under the kitchen sink. Yes we had to use one of them for a slight stink but it was in a plastic carboy and we brought it to the beach just in case. You simply are asked to replace the items you have used from baking soda, to vinegar, to saline solution. Very handy! She also has many things labelled and described for your convenience in the kitchen and in the washer and drier area. There are even night lights for the kids rooms, bathroom, and hall way. She seems to have included the little things that families typically forget. Being it was the first time to this property I did not bring my boat, but the slip and pier area is very nice with access to the bay side waterway. There is even a fish cleaning station with running water! She has a couple crab traps out by her slip and we put some hot dogs in there one night with the kids. The next morning the hot dogs were gone, but there were a few fish in there too. They thought it was great! We let the small fish go! Since there is not much on the west side you ought to stop at a grocery store before getting there to stock up on the food and drinks for your stay. Don't want to waste a 20-30 ride back to Gulf Shores to find a super market! Granted there is a marina just a couple miles west of the property that has some basics regarding food/drinks etc. but is not stocked to fill out your week in the kitchen! If you are coming in from the west, take the time to ride the ferry across the bay. We tried but the ferry ended up being close or was too full on the last run of the evening so we had to drive all the way around through Mobile and down to Gulf Shores and west again to Fort Morgan! Note to self: don't try to hit the last ferry of the day... get there earlier. Ferry schedules and fees can be found on line. They also give a phone number to call to check status of the launches. Idalia was very prompt and complete when communicating via email and followed up with me when she sent the deposit check back to make sure I got it. Thanks!

The condo is excellent! Clean, tastefully decorated and all the amenities of home at an affordable price. We are completely satisfied! Met with family stqying in another Navy Cove condo and the pools pavilion and grill were very convenient. Highly recommend this unit.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Navy Cove. Condo looked just like the photos. We enjoyed the view from our patio, watching fish jump, pelicans fish and boats going in and out. Beach was great! We simply drove across the street set up our chairs and left them all week until time to go. Owner was great about providing information on nearby stores, shops and restraurants. Would definately recommended this condo and plan to return.

We took a family vacation down to Fort Morgan, and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was great and had everything, (all you need is groceries and clothes) :) The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. She even called us when we checked in to make sure everything was okay. The price was very affordable, and the gulf was minutes walk across the street. Our kids loved to play in the sand, or spend time at the pool. Will definitely recommend to family and friends, and probably be back again for another family vacation!!!!

I have stayed in this condo before, and each time it seems to be better. This is a place stay with a great owner to work with, very accommodating. So, if you're looking for an extremely nice 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in the Fort Morgan area, you owe it to yourself to check this one out. You won't dissapointed.

After several years of winter trips to Gulf Shores, we have found the perfect home away from home. The view is magnificent, not only for the bay but especially the wild life preserve to the east. Living in Mobile I have stayed at numerous condos from Orange Beach to Ft Morgan. This unit met and exceeded all my expectations. I would recommend this fully furnished condo to anyone wanting the best of both worlds, Mobile Bay "Great Fishing" and Gulf of Mexico. Idalia has done everything to make your stay as at home and comfortable as possible.
