Combining elegance with comfort, this unit provides plenty of space for up to 6 people. No "sleeping on the couch," there are 3 beautifully-appointed bedrooms--one with a California King bed, one with a queen bed and the third with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has its own large-screen TV and I-Pod enabled clock radio. Custom "blackout" drapes ensure a restful night's sleep.
Cook (or not) as you choose in the Roy Yamaguchi designed fully-equipped kitchen. Open design and location adjacent to large lanai overlooking the gardens and lap pool lends itself to easy-going, relaxed meals and snacks. Large dining table and chairs seats 6 on the lanai for open-air eating with fabulous view of the Beach Villas resort, complete with palm trees and Tiki torches as well as the ocean of Lagoon 2.

Life (and definitely vacation) is much too short to do housework! Our rates include both mid-week and departure cleaning including fresh sheets and towels. Guest Services staff and concierge available to assist you. Hotel resort type amenities but better than a hotel because it is private and not crowded.

Why the Owner Chose Ko Olina
To us, Beach Villas is the perfect place. The KoOlina Resort (approx. 650 acres!) is unique on Oahu in that it is not far from "town" and the major attractions and, yet, is a luxurious resort area with natural boundaries including the 4 large lagoons. We have owned other properties within the KoOlina Resort but were thrilled to be able to buy this large unit in the ONLY property on the beach which is neither a hotel nor a time-share. Just finished in 2008, we moved in in March and have enjoyed living there when we can. That it is so attractive to vacationers who rent for a week or two makes it ideal for our lifestyle.

This approximately 1600 sq. ft. unit has been professionally decorated with a theme of elegant comfort. Mindful that a 3-bedroom unit is appealing to multi-generational families, we have made sure that the bedrooms are beautiful and restful with top-quality linens and beds. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV to provide a "retreat" when needed. The kitchen is fully-equipped and all the appliances are the very "latest." This too keeps families in mind as eating out 3 times a day is expensive and not always fun.

Aloha, all. We are new to VRBO so likely no comments yet. But our 4 friends came to "test out the accommodations" recently and all 6 of us had a grand time. Lee, an avid swimmer, adored the hugh "lap pool" and said the intricate mozaic tile encouraged her. The rest of us lounged in the hot tubs (we have 3!!) while she worked out. OK--I did drag them all to the fitness center which is FABULOUS. Very large, light & bright overlooking the lap pool with every machine imaginable. The guys particularly liked the steam room and sauna. Couldn't rouse them for the 8am classes (only $15) with deceptively sweet looking Jill--she's a killer. We swam in the lagoon, took walks, did a little shopping and had a great dinner at Roys. Mostly we complained about the stock market and gossiped. With 3 comfortable bedrooms and a large lanai, everyone was happy. Hope you'll be able to write your own comment soon.
