Our home overlooks the Fitzsimmons and Coast Mountain Ranges, with stunning view of the Whistler/Blackcomb Mountain. This house has been fully renovated as of January 2009 with new carpet, paint, hardwoods, hot tub, kitchen, and an updated TV and entertainment system. This home is in a family-friendly location, with a broad range of activities for children and adults alike. You can walk or bike to Whistler Village, and the Village bus stop is less than 100 feet from our doorstep. Outdoor activities are easily accessed. Walk your skis to the nearby cross-country trailheads or drive a mile to the Whistler/Blackcomb Ski Resort. When not skiing or snowboarding, sit in the hot tub right outside the back door enjoying views of nothing but mountains and forest (our community borders Lost Lake park). For those in the Master Bedroom, take advantage of the jacuzzi bath and dual-faucet, stone shower and relax on a roomy king bed.
During the Summer, enjoy world class mountain biking and hiking, with trails leaving right from your door. At night, the Village offers wonderful dining experiences, live music, and wine lists from around the world. The house is within a half mile from Whistler Community Sports center, which offers many activities for children. The community of Spruce Grove is a respectful one, with no real traffic, so you can feel safe with small children outside.
This property is currently available for the months surrounding the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, but these times will fill up quickly.
